“Hiya partner!” the former Sabrina The Teenage Witch star Tweeted at Mark on Friday night. “I’m so excited to get this season started! Can’t wait to waltz tomorrow.”

“You guys gotta follow @Mellyjhart,” Mark Tweeted in response on Saturday. “Team Malarky needs your love!!”

Mark later added, “I’m sooo addicted to the waltz right now. Can’t stop dancing in my little hotel room…”

“Im feeling a little sore and tired today but excited to go meet Mark and get my feet moving,” she Tweeted on Sunday. “Its gonna be a long month!”

The official partners announcement is expected this Monday. ABC’s Dancing With The Stars returns to the air on Sept. 21.

According to Wednesday’s edition of The NY Post, the former star of television’s Clarissa Explains It All and Sabrina, The Teenage Witch was recently verheard remarking that she hoped Fawcett “didn’t die and cost her” the cover spot on last week’s issue of PEOPLE Magazine – the actress was photographed showing off her slender new figure on last week’s issue.

Melissa quickly took to her blog to clarify herself:

“It has come to my attention that something I said has been completely misconstrued in the press,” Melissa wrote Wednesday. “I was merely explaining what I had read about how the cover of People magazine was chosen… I truly hope that Farrah and her family know I wish them the best at this time in her life. And that I would never be so selfish to disrespect anyone, let alone someone I admire greatly.”

It’s been a tough week for Melissa Joan Hart. The former star of Sabrina The Teenage Witch is asking for fans’ prayers after her mother Paula Hart, 53, underwent an eight-hour surgery on a brain tumor in Los Angeles Thursday.

“All of my 6 siblings and I gathered at my house and the hospital for the entire week to be strong for each other,” Melissa, now a 33-year-old mother of two, blogged on her MySpace Page this afternoon. “She is out of the woods and on her way to recovery, luckily she is a good healer and has 7 children to lend a hand in times like these.”

Melissa — who showed off her newly-trim figure in a bikin-clad cover of PEOPLE last week — her has turned to her faith.

“Prayer is a big part of my life and it was very crucial last week for my mommy,” Melissa blogs. “I ask that you keep her in your thoughts and prayers as she fights her way to a full and wonderful recovery. I love you Mommy!!!”

Melissa was shamed into taking control of her weight after bloggers made her the big butt — pun intended -of public ridicule shortly after the birth of her second son 14 months ago.

“I still read blogs about me discussing how fat I’ve become,” she says. “Everyone still thinks I’m huge.”

“It was as hard for me as it would be for anyone else,” says the former star of Sabrina The Teenage Witch, who went from from 155 pounds to 113 with the help of a nutrionist and a personal trainer.

“I realized I didn’t have to be heavy just because I have kids.”

Following in the footsteps of famed expectant mothers before her, like Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears, Melissa Joan Hart has stripped down to display her baby bump in all it’s glory. The former Sabrina The Teenage Witch star is currently expecting her second child.
