We guess it’s safe to say that if convicted felon Martha Stewart still had her right to vote, she wouldn’t have used it on the McCain/Palin ticket. Rachael Ray isn’t the only one getting the shaft from The High Priestess of Homemaking these days. Martha, who just last week slammed Ray as a fraud, used some biting language to describe the former Governor of Alaska Stewart in a red carpet chat with CNN’s Headline News this weekend:

“She’s very boring to me, very boring. And a very, to me, kind of a dangerous person. I mean, she’s dangerous. She speaks, she’s, she’s so confused. And anyone like that in government is a real problem,” Stewart spat.

“All she wanted to do was talk about Rob. She told me she had a dream that she hung out with him. I’m like, ‘That’s awesome,’” Kristen told Jimmy. “She was just like, ‘You know I’m such a fan and I had a dream about Robert the other night.’ I was like, ‘Dude, I should hook you guys up,’” she added, doing her best Martha Stewart impression.

“What was in her dream, with her and Robert?” Fallon asked.

“She just said that they hung out,” Kristen replied. “I don’t know what… I don’t know what goes along with that. I didn’t, like, push it. I was just like, ‘OK, that’s cool.’”

Ouch.

Perfectionist Stewart recently appeared on Ray’s popular daytime show, but she insists things are far from “Yum-O” between the two TV chefs.

“She professed that she cannot bake (and) she just did a new cookbook which is just a re-edit of a lot of her old recipes, and that’s not good enough for me,” Martha says. “I mean, I really want to write a book that is a unique and lasting thing. Something that will really fulfill a need in someone’s library. So, she’s different. She’s more of an entertainer than she is… a teacher, like me.”

Rachael has taken the high road after learning what Martha said.

“Why would it make me mad?” Ray told ABC. “Her skill set is far beyond mine. That’s simply the reality of it. That doesn’t mean what I do isn’t important, too … I don’t consider it needling. I really just think she’s being honest.”

Shortly after Daisy disappeared, the domestic mogul– who lost her own dog in a kennel fire earlier this year — lashed out at Jessica, who was still trying desperately to find the 5-year-old Maltese-Poodle.

“[Jessica] should’ve been more careful,” a curt Martha told Us Weekly at the magazines 25 Most Stylish New Yorkers party on September 15. “She should have watched it more closely.”

Martha has since changed her tune. In an episode of The Martha Stewart Show on Thursday, she reached out to Jessica, who is currently filming in Uganda filming her VH1 reality series The Price of Beauty.

“I said that she should have been watching her dog more closely, but I feel very, very sorry for anybody that loses a pet,” Martha said. “Jessica, I hope you find your pet, but if you don’t, I’m really sorry that you lost one.”

Martha Stewart’s new chow puppy died in a fire at Pazzazz Boarding Kennel in Carbon County, PA over the weekend.

Sad times :(….Oddly, the domestic goddess didn’t let her pet’s fiery demise stop her from preparing an elaborate meal for some lunch guests.

“Chow breeder karen tracy lost eleven chows and five boarders in a freak propane explosion — my little genghis khan perished in the blaze,” she wrote on her Twitter page, before updating it an hour later. “I’m preparing a Chinese lunch for my guests today.”

So much for a mourning period!

According to local reports, the fire, which killed at least 16 dogs and sent one person to the hospital with severe burns, occurred while the propane tanks at the facility were being refilled.
