Not bad for a kid from Beantown who used to roll with a group of guys called “The Funky Bunch!”

Mark Wahlberg first showed the world his abs back in 1991 as the face and body of Calvin Klein underwear, now almost 20 years later, Marky Mark’s dishing the deets on keeping up his trademark six-pack.

The Funky Bunch rapper-turned-actor/producer credits trainer-to-the-stars Brian Nguyen with helping him learn how to work out more effectively.
“I worked so hard to get in shape. I might as well maintain it,” Wahlberg told Men’s Fitness for the magazine’s August issue. “Most days I’m up at five-thirty, on the [golf] course by six, and off the course by eight helping my wife with the kids. I’m only out there now once or twice a week.”
Marky Mark is a dad — again. Nineties rapper-turned-screen star Mark Wahlberg is celebrating the birth of his fourth child with wife Rhea Durham.
Rhea gave birth a healthy baby girl named Margaret Grace at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles Monday afternoon, a hospital source blabbed to Star Magazine this morning.

While Taylor Lautner is in discussions to front the next range of Armani underwear ads, the heartthrob’s Twilight co-star Kellan Lutz has reportedly been tapped to strip down to his skivves for a collection from designer competitor Calvin Klein.
The chiseled hunk has been signed to a modeling contract with CK and will be featured in series of ads patterned after the groundbreaking Mark Wahlberg/Kate Moss campaign of 1992.
“The executives have a plan to model the ads very similarly after the famous Mark Wahlberg campaign in the 90’s. They want to recreate the look of the hugely successful ads, and who is better than Kellan Lutz to fill out those little underwear?” says a spy.
Mark Wahlberg was rushed to a Massachusetts hospital last Friday morning.

The actor was treated for smoke inhalation after a mishap on the set of his new film The Fighter.
“Mark was working on a scene [Thursday night] where a smoke machine was being used for atmosphere and apparently he breathed in too much smoke,” a set source tells The Sun.
“When he woke up Friday morning he was gasping for breath so he was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital where he was put on a breathing device that helped clear his lungs.”
The 38-year-old newlywed was released the same day and immediately returned to work.
