
Christopher Meloni and Mariska Hargitay are returning for an eleventh season of NBC’s Law & Order: SVU.
The stars of the show, who had been in a pay dispute with network bosses, signed new deals to remain on the show as Detective Olivia Benson and Detective Elliot Stablerfor two more years, Entertainment Weekly reported on Monday.

Mariska Hargitay reveals what caused her to be hospitalized twice with a partially collapsed lung earlier this year.
“I’ve been doing my own stunts on the show for 10 years. I fell wrong, basically. I collapsed my lung doing a stunt,” the Emmy-winning star of NBC’s Law & Order: SVU told People.com at a dinner in Manhattan for the American Ballet Theater on Monday.
After her second hospital stay in March, Mariska says she’s as good as new. “I’m 100 percent,” she told added. “I’m back to my old self.”

Yay! Mariska’s back!
Mariska Hargitay returned to work on Monday after nearly three weeks away from the hit NBC crime drama, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, where she’s starred as Detective Olivia Benson for the past ten seasons.
The 44-year-old Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actress first underwent surgery after suffering a partially collapsed lung in January. She returned to work later that month. Mariska was hospitalized a second time on March 3.
The cast of SVU will spend the week on-location in New York City, shooting an upcoming episode that will feature guest appearances by actresses Hilary Duff and Gail O’Grady.

Lovely and talented Golden Globe winner Mariska Hargitay of Law & Order: SVU finally gave birth to her first child, a boy named August.

Mariska Hargitay, star of TV’s “Law & Order: SVU,” and her husband Peter Hermann welcomed their first child, her publicist told The Associated Press.
Hargitay delivered a baby boy named August by Caesarean section Wednesday in Los Angeles, publicist Leslie Sloane Zelnick said Thursday in an e-mail.
“Mariska and the baby are doing great,” she said.
People magazine and Us Weekly reported the baby was a week overdue but Zelnick would not confirm or deny that.
Hargitay, 42, and Hermann, an actor, married in August 2004.
