A collection of personal items belonging to late screen siren Marilyn Monroe will be offered for sale in two separate auctions this week. Over 100 vintage photographs, personal effects and never-before-seen film footage featuring Marilyn will be auctioneed by Bonhams and Butterfields in Los Angeles and Las Vegas’ Julien’s Auctions over the weekend.

“There are some exciting items at these auctions that are drawing a real buzz amongst collectors. The pieces from Marilyn’s Brentwood home, like the footstool and pencil cup, are pretty rare. A sex tape featuring late screen siren Marilyn Monroe performing oral sex on an unidentified male has been sold to a New York City businessman for $1.5 million, the New York Post reports.

“You see instantly that it’s Marilyn Monroe – she has the famous mole. She’s smiling, she’s very charming, she’s very radiant, but she’s known for being radiant,” he said. “She moves away, and then it [the footage] stops.”

Madonna was paid $10 million to appear in the new advertising campaign for Sunsilk. The Material Girl’s thirty second debut in the Sunsilk “Life Can’t Wait” campaign, co-starring Marilyn Monroe and Shakira, will premiere during the the fourth quarter of Sunday’s Super Bowl between the New England Patriots and New York Giants. Shakira clocked just $2.5 million for her Sunsilk appearance.
