Fresh off her Dancing With The Stars stint, Marie Osmond has landed her own talk show. The Marie Osmond Show will debut in 2008 and will feature celebrity interviews. Director and producer Ron Scott reveals, “Marie makes the perfect talk show hostess because people feel like they can relate to her. She has experienced her own share of ups and downs and hopes to inspire viewers.”

We give it two months. There’s no way she can compete with the likes of Maury, AKA You Are NOT The Father. I don’t go anywhere when You Are NOT The Father is on!

Marie Osmond has designed six “Dancing with the Stars” dolls for sale exclusively on home shopping network QVC. Possibly inspired by the seventies’ icon’s odd doll dance during Monday night’s Season Finale of DWS? Marie Osmond has revealed that her sixteen-year-old son, Michael, is currently in rehab. Marie broke the news during her interview with LARRY KING to air on Wednesday.

Marie tells ‘Entertainment Tonight:’

“My son Michael is an amazing young man, shown through his courage in facing his issues. As his mother, I couldn’t be more proud of him. The press and public has always been kind and gracious in the past and I know they will continue to respect our privacy during this time.”
