Mother-to-be Mariah Carey will release her sophomore holiday album, Merry Christmas II You, on Tuesday, Nov. 2. Check out the compilation video for the album’s first single, “Oh Santa.” For those not in-the-know, the tune is currently No. 1 on Billboard’s new Holiday Digital Songs Chart. Ironically, the second song earning distinction on the chart is Carey’s 1994 classic, “All I Want for Christmas Is You!”

The worst-kept secret in Hollywood is out of the bag: Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are expecting their first child together — conceived naturally, thank you very much — early next year.

“Yes, we are pregnant, this is true!”a beaming Mariah confirmed in an interview with Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush Thursday. “It’s been a long journey. It’s been tough because I’ve been trying to hold on to a shred of privacy.”

After much speculation that she is pregnant, much avoidance of questions by the media, and much — ok, a little — weight gain, Mariah Carey is finally going to tell us what’s going on.

The songbird is set to make a mayjah announcement on NBC’s The TODAY Show Thursday as she kicks off the promo tour for her sophomore holiday album, Merry Christmas II You, in stores Nov. 2.

Songbird Mariah Carey has teamed up with her equally vocally-inclined mom — opera singer Patricia Hickey Carey — for the holiday classic “O Come All Ye Faithful.” The Careys’ adaptation of the Christmas hit is featured on Mariah’s new album, Merry Christmas II You, in stores Nov. 2.
