PopCrunch always has the latest Mariah Carey news and gossip. And believe us, Mariah is very gossip-worthy.

Though she has a great voice, Mariah prefers to get attention by dressing in trashy clothes that are much too young for her. A diva in every sense of the word, Mariah employs someone to hold her drink while she sips it through a straw and someone else to take away her used chewing gum. We haven’t yet seen pictures of the person she hired to wipe her butt, but we’re sure she has one of those on staff too.

Mariah broke onto the music scene in 1990, when she signed with Columbia Records and began sleeping with the boss, Tommy Mottola. To further cement her career and establish herself as the best-selling artists of the ‘90s, Mariah married the much older Mottola 1993. To no one’s surprise, they divorced in 1997 and her music took a different turn.

Mariah made a really bad movie, “Glitter”, dated baseball players and rappers, had a nervous breakdown and most recently made the news after her surprise quickie wedding to celebrity mooch Nick Cannon, who is clearly enjoying himself and spending her money closing down amusement parks and buying really expensive sports cars.

Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey reportedly scrapped plans for a lavish $2 million ceremony to renew their wedding vows after celebrity mags refused to purchase photos of the event, but that hasn’t stopped the odd couple from hitting up their rich homies for wedding gifts.
