Talent show fans might want to take a good look at the sharp-tongued and fleet-footed Maksim Chmerkovskiy when Dancing with the Stars (DWTS) returns to ABC for an “All-Star” season of performances.
The hot-tempered ballroom dancer says he will not return to DWTS after his current contract expires at the end of next year. Perhaps not surprisingly, Chmerkovskiy’s exit news comes just a month after Olympian Hope Solo — who was paired with Maks on the show in 2011 — accused the performer of slapping her during rehearsals.
Maksim Chmerkovskiy has set the record straight on what appeared to be his marriage proposal to an unidentified brunette on last week’s finale of The Bachelor: Ukraine.
In recently unearthed clip from the season ender, the brutally-honest Dancing With The Stars hoofer seemed to be proposing to a woman he met on the Eastern European version of the hit reality show. Maks can be seen on camera in the clip giving a beautiful brunette a ring. So, what gives? Is Maks getting hitched?
George Lopez is going to have a Field Day with this: It seems the Dancing With The Stars Curse has struck again — and its only April! In case you missed it, The Watercooler is atwitter this morning after portly actress Kirstie Alley and her pro partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy took a tumble during their rumba on last night’s show.
Self-professed “Fat Actress” Kirstie Alley is hoping her run around the ballroom on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars will help her flatten her tummy while feeding her loins. We hear the star is so desperate for a date that she’s totally freaking out her partner, sexy European Maksim Chmerkosviy.
It’s not unheard of for pro dancers on the reality ratings hit to hook up with the celebrities they’re training (Hello? Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke!) and The Snitch Circuit is chuckling over whispers that 60-year-old Kirstie has gone totally “cougar” for Maks.
