In what’s turning out to be a skivvy-licious day, everyone’s second-favorite do-gooder (’cause let’s face it; nobody does Goodwill Ambassador better than Angelina) wants to give former make-out partner Britney her undies.
Appearing on last night’s “The Late Show,” the topic of pantyless party girls came up. “I love underpants,” joked Madonna. “I’ve come to New York, and the first thing I hear is about everyone not wearing their underpants. What’s going on?”
Dave then reminded the Material Girl that she had given him a pair of hers on a previous visit years earlier. The erstwhile Esther then replied,” Maybe you could send them to Britney.”
Isn’t that generous of her?

In the midst of the escalating feud between business mogul Donald Trump and comedian Rosie O’Donell, both parties have had their own allies speak out for them. Recently, though, Rosie O’Donell gained an additional ally when her close friend Madonna joined in making public statements regarding the exchange of words. On America’s Today show, Madonna said that “people are giving Rosie a hard time. I wish they’d stop. I don’t think it’s fair.”
She went on to say that “Basically, I mean, she’s a stand-up comic. I think all stand-up comics talk about provocative things in their monologues before shows, and I think that’s a commonplace thing.” I would say that’s a point well taken. Comedians do say stuff about people to make fun of them. I guess Donald Trump is just not too happy about what was said. What effect Madonna’s statements will have on the “fight” between Rosie and Trump, I do not really know. Maybe her fans will rally to Rosie’s side. Yet, does it really matter? Like most issues in Hollywood, I think this one will die down soon enough. In the meantime, it’s publicity for all parties involved.
Madonna is currently promoting the movie Arthur and the Invisibles wherein she plays the character of Princess Selenia. Despite the seriousness of her friend’s situation, Madonna was quite lighthearted during her interview, saying that being a princess is new for her as she is usually seen as a queen – jokingly of course.
Last question: who will come out next to voice out their support for either Rosie or Trump?
