Following in the footsteps of hubby Guy Ritchie, Madonna makes her directorial debut in the independent drama Filth And Wisdom, slamming onto the silver screen later this month.
With montrosities like Shanghai Surprise and Body of Evidence on her film resume, lets hope the Material Girl is a more positive behind the lens than she’s been in front of it.
More than 300 expensive designer towels used Madonna and her backup dancers have been confiscated by customs officials in the Southeastern European nation of Montenegro.
“The customs people had never come across that kind of volume of towels for personal use before, or the cost given for them. People in Montenegro just aren’t used to spending that much on a towel.”
The Material Girl doesn’t do public toliets. In Touch Weekly tattles say Madonna had public commodes, showers, and sinks removed, throughly scrubbed down, and reinstalled before taking the stage at the Palais Nakaia Concert Hall in Nice, France on August 26.
“Everyone thinks she did this because she hates the thought of dirty and germy things,” says a spy. “During her tour last year, a man stole some of the toliets from the Madonna tour and sold them on eBay for $80,000.”
