In case you missed it, Louis Vuitton unveiled Madonna’s newest photoshopped-to-Hell ad campaign with the French fashion house this week. Madonna teamed up with noted fashion photog Steven Meisel and designer Marc Jacobs for the Fall/Winter Louis Vuitton handbag collection.

The 50-year-old pop star is so heavily photoshopped in the image, even her fingers appear distorted.

Madge has returned to Jesus. Madonna’s 22-year-old Brazilian model BF is set to star alongside the singer in her Autumn/Winter 2009/10 Louis Vuitton ad campaign.

This ought to be good, the last time the couple posed together (W Magazine, March 2009) Jesus wore only a towel.

Madonna debuted as the face of the French fashion house when she appeared in the advertising campaign for the label’s Spring/Summer collection.

The “Heartless” rapper has teamed up with French fashion house Louis Vuitton to create a line of sneakers, but fans have been amazed at their price.

“I love Kanye but there’s no way I can afford to buy these. They’re quite nice shoes and everything, but there’s nothing special about them,” one Kanye lover wrote on the hip-hop star’s Official Blog last week.

The Kanye West for Louis Vuitton Shoe line will debut this June.

The rap star and LV creative director Marc Jacobs unveiled another one of the five styles from the Kanye West Collection during the line’s Fall/Winter menswear presentation.

In a new interview with WWD, Kanye explains his inspiration for the collection:

“I was inspired by the movie Dune. The collection had all these jackets that were very padded. They looked like maybe they had hockey pads in the jacket, and there was one where the collar came up really high. I took that element, and I put that on the back of the shoe. It’s like the opposite of the tongue. Usually you have the tongue at the front. [This is] like a tongue at the back.”

He added, “To me, Louis Vuitton is the most important brand in fashion. I am proud to have collaborated with LV on these shoes and even more proud of the finished product.”

Marc Jacobs tells WWD that he was impressed by Kanye’s dedication to his work, saying “I think Kanye goes to the office more than I do. He’s really, really into sneakers.”

The Kanye West for Louis Vuitton Collection will be available at Louis Vuitton stores in June 2009.

“I wanted the campaign to be very bold, very sensual and very atmospheric. To carry off all these references and all this sophistication, we needed the ultimate performer and for me, that is Madonna,” says Marc.

Eh…kinda looks like a Nike Air Force One.

Madonna poses provocatively in a pair of newly-released promos from her Spring/Summer 09 Louis Vuitton ad campaign.

On Thursday, Louis Vuitton revealed the first in a series of print ads featuring their Spring/Summer 2009 campaign spokesmodel, the Material Girl Madonna.

In the ads shot by fashion photog Steve Meisel, Madonna shows over her agile frame with a smoldering glance into the camera that reminds fans-and those of us who simply tolerate her presence-why she’s been a permanent fixture in the recording industry for the past quarter century.

“I just blurted out, ‘I think we should do Madonna,” respected designer Marc Jacobs, the French fashion house’s creative director, says of the decision to have the pop music icon front this season’s campaign.

“I was totally just blown away by it, and moved by her performance, by what she had to say, and her energy.”
