At 45, the TV Guide Channel hostess is making her second full-frontal appearance in the men’s mag. In 1999, Rinna posed nude while heavily pregnant with her first daughter with husband Harry Hamlin. She tells Momlogic.com her two daughters don’t know about her most recent Playboy spread.

“I’m 45 years old. I look good right now. Why not? Why not celebrate the beauty of the female body?”

So how does the admitted plastic surgery junkie keep her frame stunning frame on-point. The former Melrose Place star says she runs and walks six days week and also spends time doing Pilates and spinning.

Lisa Rinna wasn’t kiddidng when she said she was desperate for a role on The CW’s upcoming revival of Melrose Place.

But the admitted plastic surgery aficionado, who appeared on the original FOX series in the 90s, took stumping to a new low on Wednesday when she took to the corner of Melrose Avenue and Melrose Place in Los Angeles waving signs urging drivers to “Honk for Lisa Rinna on the new ‘Melrose Place!’”

This would be hilarious if it weren’t so sad…Anyone this determined to share the small screen with the likes of Ashlee Simpson needs to explore other career options, because your days as a serious actress have come to an end.

Lisa Rinna is desperate to be cast in The CW Network’s planned remake of Melrose Place.

The actress, who joined the cast of the hit primetime soap as “Taylor McBride” in 1996, has resorted to publicly begging the producers for a role on the revamped Melrose.

“Tell them I’m available, ready to go. I’m very professional and hardworking!” Lisa said in an interview with E! on Tuesday.

But even she admits she may not be the executives’ first priority, as the CW is reportedly hoping to land former series star Heather Locklear for the new series.

“I’m way down on the totem pole. You know, this one doesn’t want to do it, that one doesn’t want to do it, so I’m just hoping that they get down far enough to me, where they’re finally like, ‘Oh, just call Lisa… Just hire her, for God’s sake! Stop her begging!’”

“That’s what I overdid — big time,” Lisa explains. “I tried it because my girlfriends did it. I thought: I’ll do it! I saw a photo and I was like, ‘Oh Jesus. That’s no good. That’s NOT good.’ What I learned is that I don’t really need it. You get older and insecure and you think you need it and you don’t. I learned less is more. Keep your skin good. But, I still like Botox. It’s great!”

Lisa is currently working on a reality series, called I Love Lisa, co-starring husband Harry Hamlin and the couple’s two young daughters.

Plastic surgery poster child Lisa Rinna and her signature fish trout appeared on The TODAY Show on Monday to about her role as a red carpet fashion correspondent for TV Guide at this Sunday night’s 2009 Golden Globe Awards.

The former Dancing With The Stars contestant even showed off a few moves from her new fitness DVD, Dance Body Beautiful.

Not too bad for a 45 year old. Rinna is basically the template and what I think of when someone says “cougar”.

“I’m the worst liar on the planet, I can’t lie, so… I think that could be a yes,” the former Days of Our Lives star, a mother of two, said of rumors that she is set to strip down in a steamy photoshoot with the iconic men’s mag in an interview with Extra.
