Blohan is back on the A-list — at least at Avenue. Lindsay Lohan no longer has to worry about not getting into NYC hotspot Avenue, the starlet has reportedly been allowed to return to the club after her loose lips got her ejected earlier this year.
According to The New York Post’s Page Six Column, Lindsay was allegedly banned from the celebrity hub after sending out a Tweet claiming she saw Justin Timberlake dancing with a woman who wasn’t girlfriend Jessica Biel at the club last summer. Lindsay laterclaimed her account had been hacked.
A Page Six source claims Lindsay was only let back in after she “besieged the management with calls and e-mails to let her back in, and she promised to be on her best behavior.”
This wouldn’t be a bad image to show all teenage girls, there are life lessons to be learned here.
Lindsay Lohan is seeking a restraining order to stop her estranged father from contacting her.
A source tells PEOPLE: “Lindsay is actively getting a restraining order, her lawyer has already been contacted. She’s scared. This is really serious.”

Michael Lohan is taking Operation Save Lindsay to the Wonderful World of Daytime TV. On an upcoming episode of The Maury Povich Show, which will air Oct. 27, the small screen’s signature Captain Save-A-Ho will take a break from exposing cheaters and tracking down broke baby daddies to turn the floor over to Michael Lohan — who makes a passionate plea to his famous firstborn.

At a hearing in Beverly Hills Friday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel slapped an extra year on Lindsay Lohan’s existing three-year probation sentence after the dishelved star showed up to the courthouse more than an hour and a half late.
Lohan had been ordered to appear for a progress review in her two DUI cases. According to TMZ, Lindsay’s court date is due to her lack of attendance at the Right On Programs, a condition of her probation. Lindsay reportedly took a leave of absence from the alcohol education program to work out of state – but did not return to the classes until recently.
