Lindsay Lohan has turned down a half a million dollar offer to pose nude for Playboy Magazine, Australian tabloid The Day reported in its Aug. 25 issue — but after bosses upped the ante to $900K, Lindsay is reportedly considering it.
“Playboy has been asking her for years, but it’s only now she’s excited about doing it.”

Lindsay Lohan is facing possible legal action from an upscale Beverly Hills jeweler if she doesn’t return more than $1 million worth of gems the establishment loaned her for a recent event.
The actress, whose Hollywood Hills home was raided by three burglars last weekend, is being hounded by Hollywood’s XIV Karats, who want their jewels back. Lohan has reportedly told the jewellers the gems were stolen from her safe during the heist.
A source tells CocoPerez.com: “The jewels were in Lindsay’s care… If something is not resolved soon there will be legal action taken.”
This is the second missing jewelry scandal this summer for the trouble-prone actress. In June, LLo was linked to the disappearance of thousands of dollars worth of bling heisted from a London photoshoot for the August issue of Elle Magazine.
The Los Angeles Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying three burglars believed to have robbed and ransacked Lindsay Lohan’s Hollywood Hills home last weekend.
The actress was in her native New York at the time of the break-in, but security cameras around the home managed to catch glimpses as the suspects, who are believed to have covered their faces with scarves and entered the home through an unlocked door early Sunday, Aug. 23. A number of neighbors in Lohan’s posh community want the actress out after becoming fed up with a recent surge in burglaries and paparazzi peepers taking up parking spaces. Lindsay’s peeved neighbors say living in their community “has been a nightmare” ever since Lindsay set up shop there last November.
”This was a quiet, safe place … but even when she’s not here, there’s a lot of unsavory types coming and going at all hours of the day and night. … No wonder things were stolen,” movie art director Mary Bonnaro, who lives near Lindsay’s home, told The Chicago Sun-Times this week.

Lindsay Lohan’s reputation has cost her a film role. Author Allison Burnett refused to cast Lindsay Lohan in the adaptation of her acclaimed novel Undiscovered Gyrl because she felt the actress’ troubled image would work against the movie.
The Mean Girls star had been in discussions for the lead role in the adaptation of acclaimed book about a teenager blogging through her sexual awakening, but Burnett has revealed that she’s passed on casting Lindsay because of her troubled tabloid image. The role will instead go to Disney pole dancer and future Z-Lister Miley Cyrus.
“She (Lohan) is a wonderful actress, but her fame and baggage would only work against her,” Burnett says.
