“We’re actually really offended. The tables have turned and now we’re the customer,” a spokesperson for Kitson told FOX News Sunday. “We spent $50,000 on her leggings line, but she hasn’t come to the store in three years, and she didn’t even do a personal appearance. She should have brought cookies for the staff to thank them for selling her leggings because she does nothing. We don’t know if we’ll continue to carry them.”

Last year, Victoria Beckham was treated to a similar public hazing by Kitson officials after the store dropped her DVB denim line due to a lack of promotional appearances by the star.

LiLo will host the affair while Sam is set to play a 90-minute set for partygoers on the western colonnade roof. International acts like Goldfish and Jon Sa Trinxa have been tapped to join the festivites. The $895-per-ticket-NYE event will offer attendees full access to plunge pools and cabanas.

Ungaro’s chairman, Asim Abdullah, reportedly wants Lohan gone and is trapped in a bitter battle with CEO Mounir Moufarrige, who hired the former box office “Mean Girl.”

“Asim wants her out now,” a fashion insider who has seen e-mails between the two executives tells Page Six. “Department stores in the States have already told him they won’t be picking up the line if Lohan remains a collaborator, so it’s a serious issue.”

Besides already being paid to turn up to the gig, Mouawad also offered Lohan $500 dollars to spend at Kitson, which she successfully bargained up to $1,000 dollars. But after racking up a hefty $15,000-dollar bill the former big screen darling tapped into her inner “Mean Girl” to make off with thousands of dollars in free merchandise.

“Pascal would take care of it because I’m the only celebrity here,” Fox News quoted an insider as saying. “Pascal said no, so she went and started talking smack about him to Jermaine Dupri who doesn’t even know her. He was totally bewildered and couldn’t believe it. Eventually Pascal said she could have 2000 dollars to spend but that was the absolutely limit,” the insider revealed.

Lindsay would have none of that. The former A-lister allegedly argued with store employees before storming out of the establishment in a huff.

“Lindsay Lohan’s father once sat down and described the kind of dancer he was looking for. We sent some girls over. Funny, they all seemed to look like Lindsay. We ended up having to show him to the door,” Elliot Osher blabbed.

Lindsay is accused of refusing to pay for two bottles of champagne from the popular bar last week. The troubled actress was reportedly furious when she was given a bill for her drinks at The Crown Bar and stunned onlookers with a tantrum when staff insisted she settled her tab for her evening.

“Lindsay stormed into the kitchen and grabbed two bottles of really expensive champagne. She finished both bottles with a friend. When the bartender gave her a bill, she had a meltdown,” a eyewitness dished to PEOPLE.com. “She was yelling at him and screaming profanities at everyone. The bar insisted she pay, so she had to call a friend with her credit card information.”

The star eventually left the nightspot at 2.30am – but was still in tears over the incident. The source added: “She was crying and wanted to go home. She kept saying ‘I don’t pay for drinks! This is ridiculous! I’m freaking out!’ ”

Lindsay has caused increasing concern with her recent behavior after her estranged father Michael leaked a serious of voicemails regarding the star’s health.

LiLo debuted her first collection as a style consultant for the French fashion house during Paris Fashion Week last month and was left devastated after her hard work was panned by critics — who dubbed the creations an “embarrassment.”

But that hasn’t stopped Hollywood jeweler Pascal Mouawad from signing up as Lindsay’s new style partner.

“We’re doing something with a friend who owns bebe. We’re doing a collection for them and we’re also going to be doing some other things,” Lindsay revealed in an interview with Access Hollywood on Friday.

Michael Lohan’s loose lips could land him behind bars. TMZ.com reports that a taped telephone conversation the ex-con had with ex-wife Dina Lohan was in violation of a court order. In 2005, Dina was granted a restraining order in Nassau County against Michael that prevented him from calling his estranged ex until 2011.One of the phone conversations Michael leaked to RadarOnline this week was recorded in 2008.

The controversial tapes confirmed previously rumored details about the couple’s famous daughter Lindsay.

“I have had a criminal order of protection from the domestic violence sector since 2005,” Dina told E! News. “He was not supposed to even be harassing me by phone.”
