Lindsay Lohan, who branded her estranged father Michael a “lunatic” just last week, has called in her lawyers to sue the backside off the elder Lohan, who recently sold audio of his daughter having a meltdown to RadarOnline.com.

In the alleged recording made from New York, a female voice can be heard wimpering: “No one cares about me. They don’t, by the way. It’s about how they feel, not how I feel. It’s not about me. It’s never been about me, unless I fight for it.”
Now the Lindsay’s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley says he will stop at nothing to get pay back for his client. According to Holley, the actress is “exploring all options both civilly, and criminally. We are talking to legal authorities in New York and Los Angeles to determine if any laws were broken.”
‘This was a private phone conversation, and if this conversation took place in California then it was a violation of the law,” Holley said Wednesday.

RadarOnline has gotten its hands on exploisve audio of some of Lindsay Lohan’s dramatic phone calls to her estranged father as she desperately begs for help!
In nearly three minutes of a recorded audio tape, Lindsay — at times sobbing uncontrollably — laments about her tabloid-prone lifestyle and her troubled on-again/off-again romance with DJ Samantha Ronson.
The tape is the first of several which were recorded from phone calls Lindsay and her mom Dina made to Lindsay’s dad Michael Lohan.

Lindsay Lohan has raised eyebrows after she was seen locking lips with Jennifer Aniston’s alleged former flame Gerard Butler at a recent star studded bash in Morocco. The actress, who was believed to be still yearning for former lover Samantha Ronson, was spotted snogging the Hollywood heartthrob at The Sanctuary Club, spywitnesses told London’s The Mirror Monday.

Lohan hit Morocco for the opening of the Sol Kerzner Mazagan Beach Resort over the weekend. She drew Butler away while Michael Jackson’s hit “Billie Jean” was playing and ended up kissing the actor as the pair danced.
“He’s hot, he’s mine! I’ve got no ring on my finger so I’m gonna have lots of fun. This is the most romantic place in the world after all,” Linds told snapping paps outside the venue. “I’m fed up of all the drama. I just want to find someone who loves me back. I feel like I’m going to have a heart attack every time I think about the break-up. I came here to get away from it all. I’m ready to have fun now.”
Lindsay may not be “Living Lohan” much longer.

“The next shopping spree I’m going on is for a new last name!!!” the actress Tweeted late Friday night in a series of Tweets attacking her estranged father, Michael Lohan. Michael has made numerous public statements about Lindsay in recent weeks, including allegations of prescription pill. Read the rest of this entry »
Dina and Lindsay Lohan have come up with a interesting way of getting rid of estranged nuisance Michael Lohan; cash. We hear the ladies Lohan are scrapping together an under the table financial settlement that will keep the media-lovin’ Mike’s lips sealed for keeps. Paging Ms. NeNe: Professional mouthpiece Michael Lohan can add “Big Papa Pimp” to the list of glowing traits that have made him one of the most hated fathers in Hollywood.
According to tattletales connected to The National Enquirer’s Mike Walker, although Michael isn’t even on speaking terms with his allegedly dope-addicted daughter Lindsay, the born-again Christian is hoping to set the troubled actress up with his not quite divorced bud, Octodad Jon Gosselin.
Tabloid tipsters claim the attention-seeking Michael has hatched a sleazy plot to pimp out his A-list (I’m being generous.) firstborn to 32-year-old Jon, who apparently has a thing for trashy blondes.
Michael “tells Jon he can make the hookup happen, and that they will be the most famous couple in America.”
Lindsay Lohan doesn’t mind being stalked by the paparazzi, because she’s flattered people are still interested in her.

The former-child-star-turned-pop-culture-trainwreck says she is used to being constantly followed by photographers and takes it as a compliment as it means she is still worth wondering about.
“I don’t notice it. There are times when it drives me nuts, but it’s been going on since I was 13. 10 years. I don’t know if I can change it. When I don’t give people opportunities to write something, they make something up. It’s flattering that they are that interested in me. They build you up to take you down,” the 23-year-old style tells Britain’s Style Magazine.
But when the media attention becomes too much, Lindsay uses other celebrities as human shields: “The other night, at the Testino party, Kate Moss was walking out. I saw her leaving and was, like, ‘Go now!’ I was walking behind her. She went one way and took the photographers with her. I went straight to my car.”
Is Lindsay Lohan’s career is a fashion a labor of love? Earlier this month, Lindsay earned the position as an artistic advisor to fashion house Emanuel Ungaro — an honor later dimmed by poor reviews of her first collection for the line with designer Estrella Archs at Paris Spring/Summer 2010 Fashion Week.

Blohan is back on the A-list — at least at Avenue. Lindsay Lohan no longer has to worry about not getting into NYC hotspot Avenue, the starlet has reportedly been allowed to return to the club after her loose lips got her ejected earlier this year.
According to The New York Post’s Page Six Column, Lindsay was allegedly banned from the celebrity hub after sending out a Tweet claiming she saw Justin Timberlake dancing with a woman who wasn’t girlfriend Jessica Biel at the club last summer. Lindsay laterclaimed her account had been hacked.
A Page Six source claims Lindsay was only let back in after she “besieged the management with calls and e-mails to let her back in, and she promised to be on her best behavior.”
