The 55-year-old former pro wrestler — whose real name is Terry Bollea — said in Clearwater, Florida courtroom Tuesday morning that he and Linda have agreed to the terms of the split and are now eager to get on with their lives.

Linda said after the hearing that “the war is over.”

The terms were not made public.

Hulk and Linda split in 2007 after 23 years of marriage.

The Hogan Divorce just got uglier.

A former hairdresser for Linda Hogan testified in a Florida court on Monday, accusing the estranged wife of Hulk Hogan of using approximately $40,000 she receives in alimony from the former wrestler each month to purchase drugs.

According to the St. Petersburg Times, Tracy Morgan has confessed to cashing checks for Linda, which the mother of two allegedly used to buy prescription medication. Tracy also testified to seeing Linda Hogan in possession of marijuana and pills.

“She was actually buying drugs with the money,” Morgan said in court. “She told me that.”

Earlier this month, Linda Hogan submitted to a voluntary drug test with a lab in Clearwater, FL. She tested negative for traces of any substances.

Hulk Hogan is not impressed with his estranged wife’s clean drug test.

Last week, Linda Hogan submitted to chemical testing after Hulk and the couple’s 21-year-old daughter, Brooke, accused her of using illegal drugs with he teenage boyfriend, Charley Hill.

The Hogans have been embroiled in a bitter, public war of the words for more than a year.

In a statement released Tuesday via his lawyer, David Houston, Hulk fumes:

“Linda Hogan’s drug test is absolutely meaningless without proper tracking and verification. If Linda Hogan wants the world and the courts to believe that this is a valid drug test, she must prove that it was a legally supervised medical test taken at random.”

The statement continues: “The document she distributed to the media states that she took a medical test which means that she took a urine test with no verification of urine’s source. Anyone can walk into a clinic and take a test, but without supervision we only have her word to go on and that is questionable. If Linda wanted us to believe she was clean, she should have taken advantage of the $100,000 offer by a national radio show for a random legally supervised drug test as opposed to the farce she has perpetrated upon the public.”

Linda Hogan recently underwent a voluntary drug test to combat accusations from her estranged husband, wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, and their 21-year-old daughter, Brooke, that she has been using drugs with her 19-year-old boyfriend, Charley Hill.

All results are clean, with Linda testing negative for speed, Marijuana, cocaine, vicodin, morphine, heroin and PCP.

So that means she wasn’t high when she decided that it would be a good idea to have sex with a kid younger than both of her children?

“Linda Hogan responded to Hulk and Brooke Hogan’s public drug test challenge by going to a medical Doctor and actually submitting to a full drug screening,” a rep for the former reality star said in press release on Wednesday. “After hearing of the malicious allegations, Linda immediately made arrangements to take the test first thing Monday, June 1st for the test which was analyzed at LapCorp labs in Florida.”

The statement continues, “This has been a very vindictive and hurtful attempt to discredit Linda. She has opened her private medical records to disprove Brooke and Hulk’s horrendous, unsupported allegations. She asks the public respect her privacy on this matter so she may begin to repair her relationship with her daughter,” her rep adds.

Hulk Hogan is jumping to his daughter’s defense following allegations of marijuana use made by her estranged mother Linda.

Linda Hogan has accused daughter Brooke Hogan of lying about having breast augmentation surgery and claims she is dating a guy — rapper Stack$ — who routinely smokes marijuana with Hulk.

“I can’t believe Linda would do this,” the former WWE wrestling champ tells Life and Style Magazine . “She’s lost and needs help.”

“Brooke is a clean-cut girl. She’s very open and honest,” Hulk insists. “Brooke can’t have a relationship with her mother like this. I hope one day Linda will grow up and be an adult like Brooke is. Linda has to reach to her level. One day, maybe.”

Hulk — who denies ever smoking the ganja with Stack$ — even suggests Linda is the one doing drugs. “If Linda says she’ll take a drug test, I say bring it, brother! It needs to be done, and she’ll fail it,” he says.

“In this age of information and technology, it is my opinion that a 25 percent survival rate is unacceptable,” she continued. “I’m optimistic that through research and education, a cure will be discovered.”

Keeping our pets healthy and cancer free is an extremely important endeavor for anyone who loves their animals like I do. Linda Hogan is responding to comments her estranged husband, former wrestling star Hulk Hogan, made in an article with Rolling Stone this week.

In the interview, on newsstands Friday, Hulk is quoted as saying, “I could’ve turned everything into a crime scene, like O.J., cutting everybody’s throat. You see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, sleeping in your bed, with your wife. I mean, I totally understand O.J.”

The former family man later released a statement insisting his comments were taken out of context.

“Hulk’s serial cheating destroyed our marriage, our family and our future. Sadly, his recent comments remind us that his definition of fair is much different than what the law dictates,” Linda said in response to the controversy Wednesday evening.

A rep for Linda says that the family is “taking these recent comments seriously,” adding that the mother of two is using Hulk’s recent comments as futher evidence that the wrestling legend truly is the psycho she always believed he was.

“We have always maintained that the fear that Linda has had to live with comes from the rage and instability much too often associated with pro wrestlers.”

But after tossed out of his $18 million Central Florida mansion and having his estranged wife blow through nearly $400,000 a month as they hash out the details of their split in a bitter divorce battle, Hulk says he now understands why some men go postal and snap their wives’ necks.

“I could have turned everything into a crime scene, like OJ, cutting everybody’s throat,” Hulk fumed this week in an interview with Rolling Stone. “You live half a mile from the 20,000-square-foot home you can’t go to anymore, you’re driving through downtown Clearwater and see a 19-year-old boy driving your Escalade, and you know that a 19-year-old boy is sleeping in your bed, with your wife . . . I totally understand OJ. I get it.”

Hey Linda….you might want to petition the court for an order of protection.

A Florida court has denied a request, filed by Linda Hogan’s young boyfriend, which sought a restraining order against wrestling legend Hulk Hogan.

Charley Hill, the 20-year-old who has been dating the cougar for the past several months, claims Hulk has been following him around Tampa and making threats against his life.

“They have to tell me why she’s out of money. They have to show me in bank statements,” said Ann Loughridge Kerr, an attorney for Hulk.
