Well, isn’t this disturbing? Ireland Baldwin, the only rude little pig daughter of Alec Baldwin and his actress ex-wife Kim Basinger, reportedly celebrated her 14th birthday this month with a cake crafted in the image of dred-locked, prison-bound rapper Lil Wayne.

Lil Wayne is about to join T.I. in the Big House. The Grammy-winning rapper Lil Wayne pleaded guilty to attempted weapon possession in New York City on Thursday, and expects to receive a one-year jail sentence. Pop’s favorite hip-shaker has teamed up with a hip-hop heavyweight and an award-winning super-producer. Check out the world premiere of Shakira’s Timbaland-produced track “Give It Up To Me,” featuring Lil Wayne. The song is set to appear on Shakira’s upcoming English album She Wolf.
Some of the most eagerly-awaited albums of the summer have been delayed, including Mariah Carey’s Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Last Train to Paris, and Lil Wayne’s debut rock and roll album, Rebirth.
Memoirs, which was first slated for an August 25 release via Island Def Jam, will now be available September 15. According to the Universal Music Group website, Carey’s new single, “Obsessed,” is at No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week.
A new date has not yet been scheduled for Rebirth. In an interview with MTV News last week, Diddy confessed that he was pushing back his album’s release to avoid competition with hip-hop heavyweights Jay-Z and Drake.
Lil Wayne did the ladies of The View on Friday — well he didn’t do them, but you know what we mean. The multiplatinum-selling rapper was on hand to talk about continuing his crossover success with the release of his upcoming rock album, Rebirth.
Later in the show, Weezy returned to perform his debut rock single, “Prom Queen.”
