It’s J. Edgar Hoover — on a bike!
Actually, it’s Oscar-nominated modelizer Leonardo DiCaprio in character as the first director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on the set of J. Edgar, a Dustin Lance Black-penned biopic directed by Clint Eastwood. The film co-stars Armie Hammer as Clyde Tolson, the man many believe was not just Hoover’s right-hand man, but his bedfellow. Also on board are Judi Dench, Josh Lucas, Ed Westwick, Naomi Watts as Helen Gandy, a Justice Department clerk who is selected to be Hoover’s personal secretary.
Hoover — who believed the Civil Rights Movement was an anti-government conspiracy — died of a heart attack in 1972.
J. Edgar opens in 2012.

Carey Mulligan “Great Gatsby” Casting As Daisy Buchanan
Gatsby has found his Daisy. Oscar-nominated Brit Carey Mulligan has fought off competition from Scarlett Johansson and Blake Lively to land the role of Leonardo DiCaprio’s love interest in Baz Luhrmann’s adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s great literary classic The Great Gatsby.
DiCaprio will play Jay Gatsby in the movie adaptation of the book and Mulligan has signed on as Daisy Buchanan.
