“Unfortunately Life & Style Magazine has chosen to go out with a story filled with inaccuracies and deceitful lies, presumably to titillate sales, but clearly resulting in harm to Eddie Cibrian and others. This is irresponsible and wreckless journalism,” Cibrian’s rep said in a statement Friday. “Eddie has met with his attorneys and will be filing a suit for libel and other actionable grounds shortly. It’s a shame that Life & Style resorted to a story of this nature and they will regretfully now have to face scrutiny of untruthful reporting in a court proceeding.”

According to the insider, Eddie is going to extreme lengths to satisfy his libido behind LeAnn’s back: “He has a friend drop him off at Scheana’ apartment, where he’ll usually spend about two hours. Then a friend picks him up. He never spends the night at Scheana’s because he’s afraid LeAnn will catch on.”

A second source chides LeAnn for getting involved with Eddie in the first place, but adds that the “I Need You” singer has no idea what she’s in for if she continues living in sin with the Cibrian: “Eddie’s never going to be faithful to anyone. If she stays with him, LeAnn is headed for heartbreak.”

Brandi Glanville has previously blasted the adulterous relationship, insisting, “Eddie and LeAnn deserve each other.” But she’s now warning the singer that Eddie has dollar signs in his eyes and is only with her because of her estimated $35 million fortune.

Cibrian allegedly began having an affair with LeAnn when the two played lovers in the TV movie Northern Lights last winter. In August, Cibrian left Brandi after eight years of marriage to be with the “Blue” hitmaker. Weeks later, LeAnn ended her marriage to dancer Dean Sheremet and has since embarked on a romance with the newly-single Cibrian.

The star emerged from her car with pursed lips and sporting sunglasses after she accidentally rear-ended a Mercedes-Benz. LeAnn exchanged appropriate information with the other driver and notify the authorities following the accident.

In August, the crooner/actress, who announced she is divorcing husband Dean Sheremet earlier this month, was rquestioned by police for an alleged hit and run.

Eddie has moved into LeAnn’s Santa Monica home as the couple embarks on a search for a love nest of their own, The National Enquirer reports.

The 36-year-old Latin hunk began romancing LeAnn, 27, when the pair co-starred in the Lifetime Original Movie Northern Lights earlier this year. Eddie and LeAnn were later photographed stealing kisses during a series of secret dates. We hear former model Brandi Glanville is considering legal action against her husband’s “alleged” mistress, country crooner LeAnn Rimes. Glanville’s marriage to Hollywood hound Eddie Cibrian collapsed last month, following reports that the CSI: Miami star began dicking down Rimes on the set of their Lifetime movie Northern Lights last March.

Brandi — who is in Phase I of a divorce from Cibrian — has reportedly consulted her attorneys about filing a lawsuit against the “I Need You” singer for allienation of affection, breaking up her marriage, and causing mental and emotional anguish for her sons, Mason, 6, and Jake, 2.

We’re not condoning LeAnn’s behavior, but since when can you sue someone for being a ho? Ultimately, Brandi is married to Eddie. The person who owes her loyalty and fidelity is the person she exchanged vows with. Even if LeAnn was serving up puss on a platter, Eddie had a responsibility to his family to turn her down. He’s the one Brandi should be taking to the cleaners.

The 26-year-old made the announcement on her website Tuesday. In a message to her fans, LeAnn wrote: “After much thoughtful mutual consideration, Dean and I have agreed to move forward with dissolving our marriage.”

The official split comes six months after tabloid reports romantically linked Rimes to CSI: Miami star Eddie Cibrian. Last week, Cibrian filed for divorce from his wife of eight years, former model Brandi Glanville.

News of the couple’s split comes just days after the actor went public with his relationship with alleged mistress LeAnn Rimes. Cibrian and Rimes were spotted on a golf course in Valencia, California last Friday and were also spotted on attending a Kings of Leon concert in Los Angeles on Saturday evening.

Just a few hours after LeAnn was spotted playing golf with rumored boyfriend Eddie Cibrian, the country star was was interrogated by Los Angeles Police detectives regarding an accident occurred at 7:45PM Thursday evening in the Brentwood section of Los Angeles, The L.A. Times has learned.

The alleged hit and run is considered a misdemeanor.
