Eddie Cibrian is filing suit against Life & Style Magazine following the tabloid’s claim that the actor is cheating on former mistress LeAnn Rimes. A rep for the CSI: Miami star tells Extra that Cibrian’s legal team is dragging L&S to court over a scandalous report in their Nov. 16 issue, which alleges that Eddie has been secretly sleeping with an ex behind LeAnn’s back.
“Unfortunately Life & Style Magazine has chosen to go out with a story filled with inaccuracies and deceitful lies, presumably to titillate sales, but clearly resulting in harm to Eddie Cibrian and others. This is irresponsible and wreckless journalism,” Cibrian’s rep said in a statement Friday. “Eddie has met with his attorneys and will be filing a suit for libel and other actionable grounds shortly. It’s a shame that Life & Style resorted to a story of this nature and they will regretfully now have to face scrutiny of untruthful reporting in a court proceeding.”

Eddie Cibrian’s estranged wife has issued a stern warning to the actor’s famous mistress, country singer LeAnn Rimes.
Brandi Glanville has previously blasted the adulterous relationship, insisting, “Eddie and LeAnn deserve each other.” But she’s now warning the singer that Eddie has dollar signs in his eyes and is only with her because of her estimated $35 million fortune.

Country singer LeAnn Rimes was involved in a minor fender bender outside chic Santa Monica boutique Fred Segal this afternoon.
The star emerged from her car with pursed lips and sporting sunglasses after she accidentally rear-ended a Mercedes-Benz. LeAnn exchanged appropriate information with the other driver and notify the authorities following the accident.
In August, the crooner/actress, who announced she is divorcing husband Dean Sheremet earlier this month, was rquestioned by police for an alleged hit and run.

We hear former model Brandi Glanville is considering legal action against her husband’s “alleged” mistress, country crooner LeAnn Rimes. Glanville’s marriage to Hollywood hound Eddie Cibrian collapsed last month, following reports that the CSI: Miami star began dicking down Rimes on the set of their Lifetime movie Northern Lights last March.
Brandi — who is in Phase I of a divorce from Cibrian — has reportedly consulted her attorneys about filing a lawsuit against the “I Need You” singer for allienation of affection, breaking up her marriage, and causing mental and emotional anguish for her sons, Mason, 6, and Jake, 2.

The 26-year-old made the announcement on her website Tuesday. In a message to her fans, LeAnn wrote: “After much thoughtful mutual consideration, Dean and I have agreed to move forward with dissolving our marriage.”
The official split comes six months after tabloid reports romantically linked Rimes to CSI: Miami star Eddie Cibrian. The rumored couple allegedly began bumping pelvis while co-starring in the Lifetime TV movie Northern Lights last March. Last week, Cibrian filed for divorce from his wife of eight years, former model Brandi Glanville.
Dean and LeAnn have been married since February 2002.

LeAnn Rimes has been questioned in connection with an alleged hit and run.
Just a few hours after LeAnn was spotted playing golf with rumored boyfriend Eddie Cibrian, the country star was was interrogated by Los Angeles Police detectives regarding an accident occurred at 7:45PM Thursday evening in the Brentwood section of Los Angeles, The L.A. Times has learned.
The alleged hit and run is considered a misdemeanor.
