The eagerly-anticipated video for Lady Gaga’s smash hit single “Bad Romance” has arrived! The pop idol premiered the visually-impressive work on YouTube.com early Tuesday afternoon. Check it out below — and don’t forget to tell us what you think in the comments section.
The video was directed by Francis Lawrence, the man behind such videos as Britney Spears’ “I’m A Slave 4 U” and Janet Jackson’s “Someone to Call My Lover.”
“I knew [Lawrence's] ability as a director is so much higher than what I could [do],” Lady Gaga explained to MTV News. “There’s this one shot in the video where I get kidnapped by supermodels. I’m washing away my sins and they shove vodka down my throat to drug me up before they sell me off to the Russian mafia.”

“My Daddy had open heart surgery today,” Gaga wrote in a message posted on her Twitter page Thursday afternoon. “And after long hours, and lots of tears, they healed his broken heart, and mine. Speechless.”
Gaga updated her followers on her dad’s condition in a Tweet on Saturday, saying: “At the hospital. Giving daddy a foot rub while he falls asleep. He’s my hero.”
