It appears that not having a prenuptial agreement is working in Vanessa Bryant’s favor this morning.
Los Angeles Lakers star, Kobe Bryant, and his wife Vanessa, have reportedly settled on their assets and are moving forward with divorce. According to TMZ, Vanessa will walk away with $75 million, half of the total fortune they have accumulated over the years. It also appears that Vanessa will maintain control of 3 of the Newport Beach properties, including a property they just renovated. Vanessa’s mother reportedly lives in one of this properties as well. Kobe Bryant has been given his walking papers! In what’s sure to be one of the priciest Hollywood divorces ever — Vanessa Bryant filed legal docs Friday afternoon to end her almost 11 year marriage to the Lakers hoopster.
The newly single mom is citing the all-popular “irreconcilable differences.”

Stomping and Slurring on the Court is going to cost Kobe Bryant a slew of megabucks. On Wednesday afternoon, the NBA star fined the hoopster $100,000 for hurling a homophobic slur at a refereee during the Los Angeles Lakers’ Tuesday night faceoff against the San Antonio Spurs.
