Kim Kardashian was allegedly the unlucky recipient of some harsh birthday heckles as she celebrated (or attempted to, anyway) her 31st birthday party at the Las Vegas hotspot Marquee on Saturday night. The recently-wed socialite was ringing in her new year with a few hundred close friends and “fans,” but when the DJ introduced her to her own guests, many broke out in a chorus of sychronized jeers.
Maybe they heard about her being cast in that new Tyler Perry movie? (For those not in-the-know, Kim will portray Jurnee Smollett’s fashion-savvy bestie, Ava, in the director’s upcoming drama, The Marriage Counselor.)
The last time Kim Kardashian appeared on the silver screen, the results were a “Disaster…”A Disaster Movie to be exact. But the most bankable man in Hollywood isn’t letting Kardashian’s less than stellar acting chops stop him from casting the reality vixen in his latest cinema drama.
The newlywed Mrs. Humphries has landed a small role in Tyler Perry’s next movie, The Marriage Counselor.
I admit I came up with this on my own — it’s one of the rare things Kim Kardashian herself hasn’t branded and licensed and stamped her name on — but it works.
