Kim Kardashian is hotter than fish grease over Star Magazine’s recent scoop claiming she’s had work done on her nose and lips.
“Star Magazine is saying I had plastic surgery to make my nose and lips smaller! Why would someone want smaller lips?! LOL,” a livid Kim fumed on her website Friday. “In the first photo I am about 15 lbs heavier than the second photo! Your face always looks different when you lose weight, plus with the contouring on my nose it gives the illusion of a thinner nose… it’s no secret I contour my nose now to make the bump go away!” the celebutante thundered of the report featured in Star’s Nov. 30 edition. “I guess it’s a compliment to my makeup artist that he does such a good job contouring my nose that it appears smaller.”

On Monday afternoon, the reality socialite TwitPic’d a hair-raising photo while getting her makeup done on the set of the CBS forensic crime drama.
Kim will appear alongside MTV VJ LaLa Vasquez, members of the band Train, and her Disaster Movie co-star Vanessa Minnillo for an episode airing later this month.
Kim and Vanessa will play “two women who’ve managed to concoct a very interesting scheme that ends in murder,” executive producer Pam Veasey told TV Guide earlier this month.
“I am so excited to be working with Vanessa again. I am fascinated by crime scene investigating,” Kim Tweeted. “I swear, I wish I was a crime scene investigator sometimes!” she added. “I’m having such a good time expanding my roles. I truly love branching out into different characters.”
