Kid Rock is no fan of Twitter. The rapping rock star is stirring up controversy this Wednesday,thanks to his politically-incorrect remarks about the microblogging site in a new interview with Rolling Stone Magazine.

“It’s gay. If one more person asks me if I have a Twitter, I’m going to tell them, ‘Twitter this [bleep], mother[bleep]er. I don’t have anything to say, and what I have to say is not that relevant. Anything that is relevant, I’m going to bottle it up and then squeeze it onto a record somewhere.”
If GLAAD doesn’t release a statement on this before the end of the week, we’ll be shocked.

“The romance between Kellie and Kid has been the worst-kept secret in Nashville,” a country music industry insider spilled to The Globe this week.

The 23-year-old blonde, who got her start as a contestant on the fifth season of American Idol, dated hockey player Jordin Tootoo for nine months in 2007 before the athlete was caught cheating on her. According to The Globe, the country-rap-rockin’ Kid — who has constantly complained about having a “built-in bimbo attractor chip — began romancing Kellie after the two joined forces for a five-day USO concert tour for U.S. troops in the Middle East and Kosovo last December.

Despite his alleged romance with Kellie, whispers are also abound that Kid, 38, has been cozying up to his rumored former flame Sheryl Crow, 47. Sheryl and Kid met in 2001, when the stars collaborate on the Top 10 hit single “Picture.” They’ve managed to reignite reports that they are dating after turning up the heat during a duet at the CMT Music Awards on June 16.

“..Seeing Kid with Sheryl makes you wonder if he’s hooking up with both women! They’ve always been coy about their relationship.” the spy jokes.

Kid Rock and Pussycat Dolls frontwoman Nicole Scherzinger will perform at the 25th anniversary of WrestleMania next month.

Nicole is set to open the show with a rendition of “America the Beautiful,” while Kid Rock will take the stage to perform a medley of tracks, including “Cowboy,” “Bawitdaba,” “Rock N Roll Jesus,” and “So Hott.”

Oscar-nominated actor Mickey Rourke will also be in attendance for World Wrestling Entertainment’s big night.

WrestleMania 25 takes place April 5 at Reliant Stadium in Houston, TX.

Kid Rock “doesn’t get” people who check themselves into rehab.

The singer, who has confessed that he has a problem with drinking, does not see how spending time in a clinic can help addicts change their ways.

“I do not understand rehab,” the Motor City music man said in an interview earlier this week. “If it works for people then God bless them. People have different personalities. Some people do a line of cocaine and start selling their TVs and their guitar and everything else. Other people do it, have a fun night and go about their business.”

Kid Rock wants “go to war” with animal rights group People For The Ethical Treatment of Animals.

“I want to go to war with PETA,” the fur-loving musician told the Mail On Sunday. “My biggest extravagance is fur coats – I’ve got every kind of animal in my wardrobe. I’m just willing the animal rights protesters to chuck some red paint on me.”

He added: “I understand people’s problems with it but to throw paint on someone is just wrong. They do it to little Hollywood actresses who can’t defend themselves.”

“Back in the day, we all know the stories of the Otis Reddings and Chuck Berrys and Fats Dominos who never got paid,” he continued. “So the internet was an opportunity for everyone to be treated fairly, for the consumer to get a fair price, for the artist to be paid fairly, for the record companies to make some money.

“I will be on iTunes eventually because I can’t avoid it, but I like to always stick to my guns and prove a point and do something original and because I believe in it.”

Kid Rock was hospitalized in the UK on Friday. The rapping rocker from Motor City was scheduled to headline the Download Music Festival in Nottingham this weekend when he fell ill with severe stomach cramps. Medics say the musician was dehydrated.

As he was due to come onstage an announcement was made. It said: “We’ve had the curse of Download. Kid Rock is not very well, we’ve had to rush him to hospital in Nottingham. He apologizes to his fans.”
