Now that the plumped-up K-Fed is shedding the pounds — thanks to an appearance on the upcoming season of VH1′s Celebrity Fit Club — the father of four is considering showing off his new and improved bod Levi Johnston-style with a nude spread on the pages of the X-rated mag.

“Kevin has been approached,” a friend of Britney Spears’ former flame divulged to The Irish Star this week. “He’s lost a lot of weight but still not where he wants to be physically, so he’s not going to decide to pose or not until his body is perfect.”
