Pro-volleyball Victoria Prince is reportedly several weeks pregnant with what will be Federline’s fifth child, The National Enquirer has learned.

Last summer, Victoria quit working to accompany Kevin around the globe. After one pregnancy false alarm earlier this year, the athlete begin to suspect that she was pregnant after the couple spent two weeks in Las Vegas in late September.

Kevin — who will be whipping himself into shape on the new season of VH1’s Celebrity Fit Club – already has four children; daughter Kori, 7, and son Kaleb, 5, with ex Shar Jackson and sons Sean, 4, and Jayden, 3, with Britney; and was less than pleased with the idea of doing diaper duty with yet a third “baby mama.”

A source says: “The test was positive. She told Kevin that she was pregnant, but he didn’t seem happy to hear the news.”

The “Toxic” star is considering filing a motion to restore her rights as primary guardian of sons Sean Preston, 4, and Jayden James, 3, once her conservatorship with father Jamie Spears ends in November.

“She is ready to fight to get her boys back. Britney feels that leaving Kevin in charge has turned her sons into cursing, ill-mannered little boys who don’t behave. Britney wants to be the one who chooses where the boys go to school and where they go to church,” a spy spilled to The Enquirer.

Tipsters say Britney is concerned about the way her sons are being raised by Federline — who was accused this week of property damage and failing to keep up with rent payments on his Tarzana home.

“She wants full custody and for Kevin to have visitation. Britney feels that Kevin is now the one with problems that the judge needs to hear about. She believes he’s become a poor role model for Sean and Jayden,” the insider added. “The boys are used to Kevin’s foul-mouthed, lazy, unemployed dancer friends, who either live at the house or hang out there. Britney doesn’t want the boys growing up thinking that kind of lifestyle is acceptable.”

The owners of Federline’s former home accuse the portly former back-up dancer after leaving the Tarzana, California property in a state of disarray after moving out in May. According to a letter obtained by TMZ.com, the homeowners say Well-Fed broke tiles and light posts, neglected the yard, and left empty beer bottles and cigarette butts littered throughout the property. They’re threatening to sue Federline if he doesn’t pay the $110,661 he reportedly owes for six months’ unpaid rent and damages.

K-Fed is even accused to not returning the home’s garage door opener.

Celebrity Fit Club is entering its seventh season on the network. Previous stars who have slimmed down on the show include Dustin Diamond, Chastity Bono, Kimberly Locke, Daniel Baldwin, Kim Coles, Gary Busey, Kelly LeBrock, Tina Yothers, and Warren G.

“Kevin decided to not take the blood pressure medication or take time from his ‘busy schedule’ to take tests,” says a source. “He’s convinced that he can work a deal to get paid to lose weight….He says he won’t ‘lose weight for free,’ and he refuses to change his behavior until someone shows him the money.’”

After shooting scenes for a pilot at the beach pool of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on the glitzy Vegas strip, Britney Spears’ former husband and his girlfriend, pro volleyball player Victoria Prince, partied with an entourage as a camera crew traveled close behind.

According to PEOPLE’s insiders, the series — which has not yet secured a network home — will focus on the former rapper’s life as the father of four. In addition to Kevin’s two sons with Spears — Jayden, 2 1/2, and Preston, 4 — he has two older children with former girlfriend Shar Jackson.

“He has been through a lot over the years, but handled himself very well. He’s learned how to balance being a super single dad and the chaotic life of business, fame and fortune,” says a source. “He strives to be a good father.”

Reports earlier this week revealed that K-Fed is in discussions to document his day-to-day life with his two sons and his reportedly pregnant new girlfriend, Victoria Prince, as part of a new unscripted reality series. Unfortunately for Kev, his pop star ex is refusing to give permission for Sean Preston, 3, and 2-year-old Jayden James to appear on the show- and is considering launching a legal battle to limit filming, The Sun claims.

Star Mag is reporting that Kevin’s volleyball pro girlfriend, Victoria Prince, is possibly pregnant with the former rapper’s fifth child.

The 26-year-old athlete has not yet taken a home pregnancy test, but she began to suspect that she might be with child after she began feeling ill while having lunch with Kevin in Europe on July 12.

A tattle says: “Since then, Victoria’s been ill off and on, so everyone suspects that she’s expecting.”

If that’s the case, why doesn’t Kevin starting putting a raincoat on his little friend? Apparently on Planet K-Fat, preventing pregnancy is “woman’s work.”

According to E! Online, the former backup dancer and rapper once married to Britney Spears, is eyeing a new deal for a VH1 reality series that would co-star girlfriend Victoria Prince — a pro volleyball player — and his toddler sons with Spears, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

“Victoria is a big part of the series,” an E! source claims. “They are not engaged, but she lives with him full-time in his place in Encino.”

“Victoria and Britney first met before Britney’s tour at Kevin’s home,” the insider revealed. “They had a meeting face-to-face, when Victoria was home alone with the kids. It was awkward, but Britney was nice.”

A for VH1 could not confirm whether or not the couple is developing a reality show for the network.
