Kelly — the 25-year-old daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon — says after years of smiling through the pain, she can no longer stand to spend her days hobbling around on one foot, so she’ll be taking her doctor’s advice and checking into the nearest hospital as soon as she’s done dancing.

“I have flat feet and somewhere in the 25 years of my life, I tore the cartilage in my bunion in both feet,” she explains. “I said no (to surgery). I didn’t want to have it because I believe if you start cutting things, you have a whole new set of problems and it wasn’t that bad, so I deal with it. Basically, my doctor said, ‘Told you so… You wouldn’t be (like) this if you had had the surgery’. So I’m going to have to have it after the show.”

Kelly suffered a minor sprain and contusion in her foot after turning in a passionate paso doble with pro partner Louie van Amstel on last night’s performance show. The injury occured after a buckle hit Kelly’s foot mid-dance.She was taken nearby Cedars-Sinai Medical Center late Monday night and released a short time later.

Kelly Tweeted the following message Tuesday morning:

“Thank you much for all the well wishes. It really hurts, but the good news is it’s not broken. It is just gonna be a bit painful for a while!”

The rock princess turned out the dance floor with an impressive rumba on Monday’s Latin Dance Night on DWTS, but it’s that unslightly burn beneath Kellz’ arm that really has folks talking.

The star posted an image of burns to her armpit on Twitter , burns she claims appeared after she used Impulse Body Spray. “Never ever use Impulse body spray from the UK. I sprayed it on myself and now have really bad burns all over my body. Gentle on skin my ass!” Kelly told her 160,000 followers.

In response to comments from her fans, she later added: “That’s just my armpit. The one on my tummy is much worst! They just had to send my dress for tonight back to fix so it covers my burns.”

The scantily-clad Karissa and Kristina Shannon are campaigning to get the rock princess to bare all for the iconic men’s mag. The busty blondes are big fans of the youngest of Ozzy Osbourne’s two daughters and they want her to strip for Playboy.

“She’s losing weight and she’s blonde now. She looks good. I want to see what she looks like naked,” Kristina told E! Online on Friday. “Yeah, we want to see Kelly Osbourne naked!” Karissa added.

A nude Kelly Osbourne for Playboy may not be impossible. Hefner claims he has approached the pop star with an offer, adding, “Kelly would be happy to pose.” But she’s not his girl of the moment. Instead, Hefner hopes to get Megan Fox to reveal all, stating, “Megan’s a fox!”

On the pages of her new advice book Fierce, available next month, the daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon reveals that she once battled with an addiction to powerful prescription drugs, which she kept methodically hidden from her family.

“…I was waking up and emptying six Vicodin into my hand. Soon I was taking 50 pills a day,” Kelly writes. “Most people would overdose on 10. My friends called me ‘Noddy’ because I fell asleep all the time.”

Kelly eventually sought treatment at Malibu’s Promises Rehab Facility, the same place Britney Spears previously received treatment.

“Who is Kelly Osbourne? I’m still not totally sure,” she wrote in the book’s description on Amazon. “But I do know who I’m not, and I want to help other people make the right decisions with the difficult choices we all face when growing up. So I’ve gone out and got the best advice I can find from people I love, respect and always listen to.”

Kelly will appear on the ninth season of Dancing With the Stars, premiering September 21 on ABC.

Kelly knows a thing about tough childhood. The high school dropout fought drug addiction through her teenage years,

The now 24-year-old checked into a drug treatment center in Pasadena, California 2004 for addiction to painkillers. In 2005, she under treatment following a relapse. And just last January, Kelly entered yet another drug treatment facility after suffering a setback in her recovery.

Yet, the rock n’ roll daughter feels her troubled past gives a unique prospective on the problems facing teens.

She tells WWD.com: “It’s about all the major things girls go through before they turn 21… It’s 16 chapters where I explain what I did and where I went wrong, and then I offer professional advice on how to do things differently.”

Fierce by Kelly Osbourne is scheduled to arrive on booksellers’ shelves next year.

Kelly Osbourne has entered rehab.

“Kelly Osbourne has voluntarily entered a medical facility to address some personal issues,” a rep for the singer said in a statement Friday. “Her family supports and stands by her.”

Family matriarch Sharon Osbourne confirmed that her 23-year-old daughter has checked into a residential treatment facility for the second time in less than five years in a “tearful” interview with RadarOnline.com late Thursday.

“Yeah, Kelly’s in rehab.”

“What else can we say? She knew that it was the right thing to do at this point and we’re proud that she did it. The family is all standing behind her. Kelly knew that she needed help and she’s getting it.”

Sharon didn’t want to reveal the location of the rehab facility where Kelly will be for at at least the next 30 days. She also refused to discuss what she’s getting help for.

“Kelly will tell you herself when she gets out,” Sharon promised. “We just pray that everything’s going to be okay….She been working right up until she went in.”

Sharon added, “This is one of the absolute worst things that a parent can face, for their child to go through rehab. And not once, but twice. However, we are all very glad Kelly’s doing it.”

Kelly was arrested earlier this month for assaulting a British gossip columnist who made unflattering remarks about the star’s boyfriend.

“Kelly shouted loudly in my ear, ‘I have an issue with you. Everyone has been laughing at my boyfriend.’ Then I felt a hard slap,” Zoe later told police.

Kelly, 24, turned herself into a London police station on January 2.

“We can confirm a 24-year-old woman attended a central London police [station] by appointment on 2 January,” a Metropolitan Police spokesperson said on Monday

“She was arrested for common assault relating to an alleged incident in Soho in the early hours of August 29, 2008. She has been bailed until a date in March.”
