Mrs. Cruise is being courted to play pseudo-Mrs. Sandler: Katie Holmes is in talks to portray an unwelcome-house-guest alongside Adam Sandler and Al Pacino in a new comedy called Jack & Jill, The Hollywood Reporter said Wednesday.
Sandler will play both sibilings Jack and Jill in the film — the latter who refuses to leave after a visiting her family for Thanksgiving. Screen legend Pacino will appear as himself. The casting marks Holmes’ first major film role since the 2007 flop Mad Money.
