British artist Marc Quinn has unveiled his solid gold statue of supermodel Kate Moss. Affectionately dubbed Siren, the piece, which captures Kate in a yoga position, will sit on display at the British Museum Statuephilia Exhibition in Central London beginning October 4, 2008 through January 25, 2009. Siren is the largest gold statue produced since Ancient Egyptian times.

What in creation has Kate Moss done to her hair?
In celebration of daughter Lila’s eighth birthday on Friday, the British-born supermodel spruced up her trademark blonde bob with some hot pink highlights.

Supermodel Kate Moss will hang up her stillettos for a career in music next year. We hear the British-born runway veteran is planning to retire from professional modeling when she celebrates her 35th birthday in 2009. Instead, Kate will focus on designing her popular Topshop clothing collection and launching a career in the recording industry.
“She has told everyone she won’t carry on modeling after she turns 35 and that fashion designing, song writing and being a singer will slowly take over,” a source tells the Sunday Express.

Kate Moss has fled her home after the London loft became infested with fleas brought in by her two cats.
“Jamie and Kate are covered in red spots and Kate won’t touch him until it clears up,” a source told Britain’s Daily Mirror on Wednesday.
