Katy Perry and Josh Groban have dismissed reports that they are an item.

“Josh and Katy are very close friends and hang out, but they are not a couple,” Luke Burland, a representative for the tenor, told PEOPLE on Tuesday

In January, Katy split from Gym Class Heroes frontman Travis McCoy.

Katy Perry is moving on from her split with Travis McCoy, but instead of kissing girls, the Grammy-nominated star has reportedly begun dating singer/songwriter Josh Groban.

According to PerezHilton.com, Katy has found love with her fellow musician after breaking up with the Gym Class Heroes frontman earlier this year.

“They’ve been trying to keep it very low profile,” says a spy.

Katy was previously romantically linked to Paris Hilton’s ex-boyfriend, Benji Madden.
