Australian tabloid NW Magazine is reporting that one of the douchiest men in music’s incurable case of Dickheaditis — mixed with a dash of Foot In Mouth — may actually have a legitimate cause.

The mag cites a source which claims that the 32-year-old rocker with the cock of a White supremacist “finds it impossible to control what he’s saying” because of secret battle against the neuropsychiatric disorder — which characterized by multiple physical and verbal tics.

The singer-and-actress was extremely unhappy with ex-boyfriend John Mayer over a controversial interview in which he described her as “sexual napalm.” Last month, John caused controversy when he gave an interview to Playboy Magazine describing Jessica – who he dated for nine months until May 2007 – as the sexual equivalent to crack cocaine.

We’ve heard earlier promises from John Mayer to put a lid on his loose lips, but the firestorm his racially-insensitive, homophobic Playboy interview has ignited may force the Grammy-winning musician to be a bit more mindful of the shit he says when he’s stoned. Unfortunately, Mayer’s damage control campaign will have to roll on without any help from The Queen of Talk. PopEater’s Naughty But Nice Column claims Oprah Winfrey — who, just months ago, was eager to bring serial adulterer Tiger Woods to The Oprah Showstage — has turned down an opportunity to interview the “Daughters” crooner about last week’s scandal.

A TV industry tattle leaks: “Oprah is the smartest person on TV and will not let John use her or her show to ask for forgiveness. If John really wants to apologize for his racist and sexist comments, he should find somewhere else. The only way Oprah, who is a dear friend of Jennifer Aniston, would ever book him is if John were interested in having a much deeper conversation about race, women and fame.”

John Mayer’s still catching Holy Hell over his racially insensitive and anti-gay remarks (He’s still yet to apologize for the latter….) during an interview published in the March issue of Playboy Magazine last week, but at least one charity organization has spoken out in defense of the embattled singer.

A spokesperson for The Isaac Foundation – an organization which raises support for children with a rare enzyme deficiency known as MPS VI – is rallying behind Mayer, who they claim has donated his time and efforts to the organization for nearly two years. The group notes that John has been especially kind to the founding family and their son Isaac (who suffers from MPS VI).
