Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have reportedly tied the knot, insiders spill to RadarOnline.com.
The couple – who celebrated the birth of their second child, son Sparrow James Midnight, last month – reportedly secretly wed in an intimate service on Wednesday, after obtaining a marriage licence last week.
A spokesperson for the couple – who also have a 21-month-old daughter Harlow – has yet to comment on the reports.

Less than a month after Joel Madden and Nicole Richie welcomed their second child — a son they’ve decided to call Sparrow — the couple is expressing worry over their oldest child Harlow, who at almost 2-years-old is “having a tough time adjusting” to the idea of being a big sister to her brand new baby bro, The National Enquirer claims in its Sept. 28 print issue.

Joel Madden and Nicole Madden are new parents for the second time, and sharing their joy with friends and fans on Twitter.
The reality starlet gave birth to new son, Sparrow James Midnight Madden, in Los Angeles early Wednesday morning. And weighing in at 7lbs. 14oz, Sparrow isn’t just a big baby, his big news on the popular micro-blogging website.
“What a great day to come back on Twitter,” mom Nicole Tweeted late Wednesday. “Thank you everyone for your well wishes. I love my family!!”
Joel also updated his account with a post about his newborn, writing: “1st day of his life & my son is already a trending topic on twitter. That’s right son, ur just like your old man.”
Sparrow joins big sister Harlow Winter Kate Madden, who was born in January 2008.

The socialite gave birth to Sparrow James Midnight Madden, early Wednesday, the couple announced in a statement on Nicole’s website this afternoon.
The healthy baby boy weighed in at 7lbs. 14oz.
“In the middle of night, the very early hours of September 9, 2009 Sparrow James Midnight Madden was born to Nicole Richie and Joel Madden,” a statement reads. “Nicole, Joel, Harlow and Sparrow are all doing well. Thank you for all of your good wishes.”
Sparrow joins big sis Harlow Winter Kate Madden, born in January 2008.

The couple’s new bundle of joy, whose sex is still unknown, will join big sister Harlow Winter Kate, who was born in January 2008.
