TMZ reports that Girls Gone Wild mogul Joe Francis has filed suit against 2008’s Playboy Playmate, Jayde Nicole and her boyfriend, Brody Jenner of The Hills, stemming from a threeway throwdown the trio had at West Hollywood watering hole Guys & Dolls on August 27.
Joe, who has been cleared by police of all charges in connection with the brawl, claims he was in fear for life after the 115-pound brunette threatened to kill him.

Joe was ousted from the show after NBC executives determined the recently-incarcerated Girls Gone Wild founder’s image wasn’t wholesome enough for network television.
