Joan Rivers — the First Lady of Comedy who never found a piece of plastic that she didn’t want transplanted into a new face — spent the past few days making an hourly Twitter sport out of poking stabbing jabs at troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan. The relentless teasing got so bad that LiLo’s ex, celebrity DJ Samantha Ronson, made headlines over the weekend after she decided to take Rivers on in her own game.
