If you’ve ever wanted your lips to look like Jessica Simpson’s (minus any collagen you may require), you can go bid on this eBay auction and get - no joke - 100 lip glosses, all in the color “cremesicle”. I guess if you really like the color and live to be well into your 90s you might actually make use of it all. Or maybe you can start your own version of Avon and sell them door to door.
One can only assume that Cremesicle bombed in a big way when it hit shelves.
Although it’s not yet been officially filed, TMZ reports that Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey have come to an agreement on their divorce settlement- Nick has agreed to less than his legal share in order to avoid fighting with Jessica in court.
The couple, famous for The Newlyweds (along with the many associated endorsements and other deals), earned an estimated $36 million dollars while they were married and according to California state law Nick and Jessica should divide the money straight down the middle (especially considering Jessica refused to sign a pre-nup before the marriage). But instead, Jessica’s representatives offered Nick only $1.5 million to walk away.
Nick refused the original offer and the final settlement has Nick getting significantly more than 1.5 million but significantly less than the 50% of what they earned together. Reps for Lachey stated clearly that he chose to accept the settlement because he doesn’t want to hurt anyone through an ugly court battle.
This seems a bit ridiculous. Let him have the money! Jessica’s career is in no immediate danger and she’s already set for life anyway. Nick, however, doesn’t have a whole heck of a lot going on and like it or not Jessica couldn’t have been a “newlywed” without him.

Jessica Simpson, 26 and John Mayer, 28 may just be an item. A source close to Simpson declares she’s “head over heels, [and] telling friends [she's] in love.”
If the rumors are true, Simpson knows she has her father Joe on her side. “I love John Mayer,” he told PEOPLE on Tuesday. “I love his music. I love his talent.”
Simpson has been through a lot this year, and her father has much to say on that fact. Essentially, he’s concerned with her happiness and emotional well-being. “If my daughter’s happy, then I’m happy. And if she finds love, then I’m in love with the fact that she finds happiness,” Joe said.
Interestingly enough, Simpson and Mayer first met when she was still married to Nick Lachey.

Most likely another false alarm, but according to according to US Weekly via TMZ , Jessica Simpson has a new man in her life - John Mayer.
But I wouldn’t put too much stock in this… yet. Lately any guy who happens to stand next to Jessica Simpson long enough to have a picture taken with her is being labeled as her new boyfriend.
Also, didn’t John Mayer used to be good looking? What happened? Maybe it’s just in comparison to Jessica’s spray-on bronze, but he looks like Frakenstein.
