Jess appeared at a Dilliard’s department store in Tampa, Florida, showing off her 60 pound wight loss, after the birth of her first child, daughter Maxwell, in May. “I’m not a supermodel. My body is not bouncing back like a supermodel. I’m just your everyday woman who is trying to feel good and be healthy for her daughter, her fiancé and herself,” Simpson told USA Today in September. A newly slim and trim Jessica Simpson has been keeping a low-profile since news of her parents divorce hit the blogosphere earlier this month. And with good reason: Jessica — who has lost 60 pounds since giving birth to daughter Maxwell in May — has reportedly been avoiding her father Joe amid rumors that the former Baptist minister is gay.
