Jessica Sierra wants another round of Celebrity Rehab. Troubled singer Sierra wants to apppear on the forthcoming second season of the VH1 reality series, which stars low-level celebs battling addiction, but she’ll need permission from the State of Florida to do it.

Celebrity Rehab host Dr. Drew will accompany lawyers for the drug-addicted former American Idol as they attend a hearing to lift a court-orderd media ban before Circuit Judge Greg Holder in Tampa Bay Circuit Court on Thursday.

Jessica is eager to continue strengthing her sobriety alongside former child star Aaron Carter and Sean Stewart, spawn of rock legend Rod Stewart, who are already on-board for the second season of the reality hit.

It will be up to Judge Holder to decide whether or not to lift a media ban ordering Jessica to stay at least 100 yards from microphones and cameras. The ban was put in place by Circuit Judge Thomas Perry, who order Jessica to become more focused on staying clean after the twenty-two year old was arrested on a string of felony drug and assault charges.

Jessica’s attorney, John Fitzgibbons, has filed papers requesting the media ban by lifted, Tampa Bay Online reports.

What went wrong?
Jessica Sierra was arrested for battery and possession of cocaine. In fact she was so violent when arrested the officers thought about using leg restraints. She was arrested the second time no long after – she has managed to assault an officer, caused havoc and offered sexual favors so she would be released. Maybe she should have offered sexual favors BEFORE she started attacking the cops, but you know that is just my opinion.

While in prison she revealed she was pregnant with an unknown entity (some rapper or could be an alien for that matter) and her sex tape was released. As a part of her sentence the judge ordered a year in rehab in California, but before she went to jail she did a stint on VH1’s Celebrity rehab with dr. Drew (oh that worked like a charm obviously as she ended up in jail after the filming). Be as it may Jessica Sierra is currently in rehab and no longer pregnant.

The twenty-two year-old was released from a Florida jail on Wednesday to fly to a Pasadena rehab after a judge on Monday sentenced her to complete one year at Dr. Drew Pinsky’s center to kick her cocaine habit. But the star was refused treatment by the California Department of Probation and returned to a Tampa, Florida court on Thursday to hear a decision on her fate. Jessica decided to go against the judge’s warning and speak to the press waiting outside the courthouse, TMZ.com reports.

She said, “I just want to thank my lawyer for being there and of course Dr. (Drew) Pinsky for coming to speak on my behalf.” As a result, Sierra has been barred from further TV and press appearances, with the judge telling her: “Those mics are like a magnet to you, so I tell you what – you’re not allowed within 100 yards of a mic or a TV camera.”

Jessica Sierra will visit ‘The Tyra Banks Show’ on Wednesday, along with a few other ‘Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew’ personalities. The supposedly prego sex tape star will dish on her struggle with drugs, her own mom’s chemical dependency, and her steamy new sex tape.

Former AMERICAN IDOL contestant JESSICA SIERRA will be released from jail – on the condition that she returns to rehab. The 22-year-old Celebrity Rehab star is currently being held on remand at the Falkenburg Road Jail in Florida after her December arrest following a drunken bar brawl. She was charged with disorderly intoxication, drug possession, resisting arrest and violating conditions of her parole on earlier felony battery and possession charges following the incident – but has pleaded not guilty to all offences, TMZ.com reports.

Sources tell TMZ that the father is a “rapper” and Jessica is ecstatic over the news. She’s currently in the infirmary in the Falkenburg Road Jail in Florida on a “pregnancy diet.” Jessica’s spawn has a lifetime of fun to look forward to — look, it’s mommy in a sex tape!

Jessica will be featured on the VH1 series Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew, debuting next month.
