Take a look at the debut trailer for Jennifer Lopez’s new romantic comedy, The Back-Up Plan. J. Lo returns to the silver screen in her first starring role since the birth of twins Max and Emme in February 2008. We got some great candids of a “pregnant” Jennifer on the Manhattan set of The Back-Up Plan back in July. Now we’re getting a peek at the movie, which hits theaters April 16.

After years of dating, Zoe (Jennifer Lopez) has decided waiting for “the right one” is taking too long. Determined to become a mother, she commits to a plan and makes an appointment at the local sperm bank. On the day of her artificial insemination, Zoe meets Stan (Alex O’Loughlin) — the man of her dreams.

Pop diva Jennifer Lopez, once one of the most hotly sought after paparazzi magnets in Hollywood, is relieved that shutterbugs have lost interest in tracking her every movie.

“It’s a business,” Lopez, 40, reveals in the January issue of Allure Magazine. “Once they stop making money off of you they stop coming around.”
