Jennifer be singing her new single “Louboutins” – which is featured on her upcoming fourth studio album called Love? - and she’ll be wearing a pair of red-soled heels designed by Christian Louboutin especially for Jen’s AMA performance.

Puerto Rican pop princess Jennifer Lopez will drop her seventh studio album Love ? on Jan. 26. After a two year absence from the industry, J. Lo’s selected the uptempo “Louboutins” — written by Tricky Stewart and produced by The-Dream — as her official comeback single.

Look for the new mom to perform to strap on her “Louboutins” live at the 2009 American Music Awards, airing this Sunday night @ 8PM/ET on ABC.

Don’t mess with J. Lo: Ojani Noa, the Cuban-born chef and aspiring model briefly wed to singer/actress Jennifer Lopez in the late ’90s, claims his life is in danger after a foiled attempt to sell a book and steamy home tapes of the star.

“She’s having him followed. We just ran the license plate of the car . . . and it goes directly back to Jennifer Lopez. Ojani’s scared,” his business manager, Ed Meyer, tells Life & Style’s Nov. 30 issue. Ojani’s lawyer, Frank Sanes Jr., agrees: “We have some concerns right now about the personal safety of Ojani. We believe he’s under surveillance by someone. He’s had death threats.”

Court Ban On Jennifer Lopez Sex Tape Leaves Ex-Husband Ojani Noa Fuming

This is one steamy video “Jenny From The Block” doesn’t want to see shoot to the top of the charts. Jennifer Lopez’s first husband — the one former flame the star can’t seem to shake — has accused the actress of interfering in his life by going to court to block the mockumentary movie he helmed, which Jennifer claims features decade-old footage of their honeymoon night sex romp.

Ojani Noa, a chef and former model who was married to Lopez for less than 11 months in the late ’90s, is fuming over a judge’s temporary restraining order banning distribution of his movie How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story, loosely based on his life with the Selena star.

“I can’t allow her to keep me from having closure in my life and to move on,” an angry Noa told reporters after Tuesday’s restraining order. He says the movie will primarily be about his life as a Cuban immigrant in America and less about his relationship with the Bronx native.

In a $10 million filed against Noa last Friday, Jennifer alleges that the movie contains footage of sexual situations, including their time in a hotel room during their 1997 honeymoon.

“I strongly believe … that the motion picture will contain false and defamatory comments about (me) and depictions of me and statements attributable to me that I never said,” Lopez said in the statement this week.

Jennifer, now married to singer Marc Anthony, also sued in 2006 to stop publication of a book by Noa and won a $545,000 judgment for breach of contract.

Jennifer Lopez has filed a $10 million breach of contract lawsuit against ex-husband Ojani Noa.

On Friday, the actress/singer filed papers in LA County Superior Court in response to the Cuban-born chef’s planned satire film, How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story, as well as his alleged intentions to peddle “11+ hours of previously unseen home video footage,” according to TMZ.com.

The footage reportedly features “sexual situations” from the former couple’s honeymoon.

After Noa attempted to write a tell-all book about his marriage to Lopez in 2006, he was slammed with an injunction which reportedly bars him from “licensing, disseminating, distribution… any book manuscript or other written materials which contain private or intimate details about Lopez or Noa’s relationship with Lopez.”

Jennifer and Ojani were married from 1997 to 1998.

Jennifer Lopez Tries To Shut Down Ex-Husband’s Parody Movie, “How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo And Ojani Noa Story”

In today’s edition of Crazy @$s Exes, Jennifer Lopez wants her former hubby’s parody movie stopped — Stat! Aspiring model Ojani Noa claims his upcoming movie, How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story, is a parody about his short-lived marriage to the Jennifer Lopez – but the Borat-inspired mockumentary will never see the light of day if Jenny from the Block has anything to say about, according to TheWrap.com.

Ojani and Jennifer were married from 1997 to 1998. Lawyers for the pop star have sent a cease and desist letter to the star’s first husband ordering production on the movie shut down. The film — which still in the pre-production stage — will chronicle Noa’s romance Lopez, according to Noa and producer Ed Meyer.

In 2007, Ojani was slapped with a injunction which reportedly bars him from “licensing, disseminating, distribution… any book manuscript or other written materials which contain private or intimate details about Lopez or Noa’s relationship with Lopez” after he tried to publish a tell-all about his relationship with Jennfer.

Ojani How I Married Jennifer Lopez is “100% parody” and therefore does not fall under the restrictions of the injuction. He claims his burgeoning modeling career has suffered since divorcing Jennifer and and alleges infidelity during the pair’s brief union.

“The whole movie is about me coming to this country and getting my dream shut down by somebody who I thought was a good person,” he told TheWrap.com. “I was in totally in love with her. I gave my soul to her. It wasn’t my fault she shared it with 3 people. I was angry.”

How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and and Ojani Noa Story is currently casting. Shooting will begin in February.
