Hair-obsessed Jennifer Aniston refused to get her trademark locks cut for her new movie Management, so she had producers order her a specialized $13,000 wig instead.
“She wanted to look very different, but didn’t want to cut or dye her hair,” says an insider. “The color was very complimentary on her. She’s got wonderful warm skin. With that blond hair, she’s very known as Jennifer Aniston and I think sometimes that takes away from watching the story.”

Jennifer Aniston is getting dating advice from an unlikely source – The Divine Miss M!
Entertainment legend Bette Midler is weighing in on the type of guy suitable for Jen.
“She needs an exciting guy, like a race-car driver,” Bette told PEOPLE of possible dating prospects for the eternally unattached actress. “I think she needs somebody who cherishes her, but also somebody who’s going to give her a run for her money.”
“She should find somebody who is really hot, who’s not in show business,” Bette continued. “Somebody with a lot of money, and she should live the large life and forget about these assholes. She’s a great girl. She’s got everything going for her.”
Bette says she was certain that Jen had a future with former flame Vince Vaughn – who co-starred with her in the 2006 film The Break-Up.
“I actually thought Vince Vaughn was great. He’s hilarious, he’s good-looking. I mean, I thought he had it all,” Bette explained. “I don’t really know them, but I like them, I like to watch them, I enjoy them.”

Brad Pitt has been drunk dialing his famous ex-wife.
Jennifer Aniston has been startled several times in recent weeks by odd phones calls from her intoxicated former husband — who just so happens to have six children with actress Angelina Jolie.
“She was initially taken aback — especially as he sounded drunk and sorry for himself,” a tipster whispers in the new issue of NOW Magazine\. “He told her he misses her and that he’s sorry for any hurt caused. Jen being Jen immediately told him she’d never held a grudge against him and would welcome them being friends again, so long as she doesn’t have to be friends with Angelina. He agreed. Before the call, Brad hardly ever spoke to Jen and the relationship was strained. But this phone conversation broke the ice and opened the lines of communication once more.”

John Mayer is still pining over the demise of his on-again/off-again relationship with Jennifer Aniston — at least that’s the word from the perky brunette most recently romantically linked to the “Clarity” crooner.
In a new interview with Britain’s Heat Magazine, aspiring actress Scheana Marie Jancan claims that John was “completely shocked” by Jen’s decision to end their romance in March — adding that he spent the better part of her brief time dating him thinking of the former Friends star.
“John was devastated at the break up with Jen. He told me that he really didn’t think Jen would dump him,” she explained. “He’s never really got over it and he still talks about her a lot. He’s been playing guitar alone at night, pining over her.”

Aniston gone Mad.
Despite turning her focus to films in recent years, former Friends star Jennifer Aniston would love to make a comeback on the small screen in a guest appearance on Mad Men, the hit drama about a New York-based advertising agency in the early 60s.
“I like Mad Men,” Jennifer says. “I would love to be in that – it’s great. I love the era. I would love it if they offered me a role.”
