On Monday’s Leno, the singer/actress got in the hot seat for Jay’s Ten@Ten segment, where she gave her honest reaction to her spill at last week’s American Music Awards, quickly rattled over the names of five players on the NFL’s Miami Dolphins — of which she is co-owner — and professed her love of the FOX musical comedy Glee.

Unless you’re one of the five Americans actually tuning in to The Jay Leno Show, you likely missed last night’s guest appearance by former child star Dakota Fanning.

Little Dakota isn’t so little anymore. She’s blossomed into a lovely young lady and the gracious star was more than happy to chat with Jay about how much she’s enjoying life as a high school sophomore, as well as her role as “Jane” in the new Twilight movie.

What an entrance! Mariah Carey almost took an embarrassing fall as she stumbled down a step on the set of The Jay Leno Show Monday night. The “Obsessed” star attempted to laugh off the embarrassing mishap by telling the audience: “You know when I tripped, I had choreographed that earlier.”
