Janet, who has released a greatest hits CD earlier this month, appears on the British TV talent show on Dec. 6. Lady Gaga will perform her latest hit, “Bad Romance,” on the same night.

Love is in the air for Miss Jackson, if Entertainment Tonight insiders are to be believed. The diva recently ended her romance with longtime flame Janet Jackson and was spied enjoying a romantic lunch with notorious ladies’ man Colin Farrell.

The two were seen last week sitting side by side in a booth at the renowned Polo Lounge located in the Beverly Hills Hotel, ET snitches say.

Janet Jackson says her entire family recognized her brother Michael had a drug problem, and tried to help, but she insists the King of Pop wasn’t ready to acknowledge he had a problem.

“You can’t make ‘em drink the water,” Jackson tells ABC News in an interview airing Wednesday.

“Of course (we intervened). That’s what you do. Those are the things that you do when you love someone, you can’t just let them continue on in that way and we did (try an intervention)… a few times… we weren’t very successful.” She adds, “(He) understood that it was (out of) love, because of caring, but when it’s something like that (drug addiction), people can tend to be in denial.”

Michael Jackson passed away June 25 after a powerful overdose of the ~~prescription drug~~ anesthetic Propofol.

The estate for the late Michael Jackson is at war with the pop legend’s baby sister, singer Janet Jackson, over one of the songs on her newly-released Greatest Hits album, Number Ones.

According to Entertainment Tonight insiders: The song in question is called “Make Me” and features a lyric that reads, “Don’t stop till you get it up.” The source has told ET that Michael’s estate is questioning Janet’s right to use the lyric because of its similarity to his song “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough,” featured on Michael’s album Off the Wall.

Five months after the death of her brother Michael Jackson, pop legend in her own right Janet Jackson is speaking out for the first time about the day Michael died to why she thinks Dr. Conrad Murray is responsible for the King of Pop’s death in a new interview with ABC News’ Robin Roberts.

“He was the one that was administering,” Janet told the correspondent during In The Spotlight With Robin Roberts: Janet Jackson, airing Nov. 18. “I think he is responsible.”

Janet said it’s still hard to imagine that her brother is no longer here: “I was at my house in New York. You know, another day. Another morning. And I get a call … [my assistant] said, ‘Your brother’s been taken to the hospital. It’s on CNN right now,’” she told Robin. “I called everyone. There’s a line busy or — someone wasn’t picking up. I spoke to mother. I spoke to Tito. I spoke to my nephew Austin. I spoke to my sister La Toya.”

Janet said news of her brother’s death was almost impossible to believe.

“It just didn’t ring true to me. It felt like a dream,” she explained. “It’s still so difficult for me to believe. It’s, you know, you have to accept what is. But it’s hard. You have to move on with your life. You have to accept what is and I understand that.”

The 43-year-old singer said she looks back on the last time she saw her brother with fond memories.

“We had a lot of fun, laughing. …I was being silly, acting silly. And he was sitting in front of me and just cracking up, laughing at me,” she recalled. “I was being loud. And he thought it was so funny. I was just being stupid, acting silly.”

A flash mob took over The Grove in Los Angeles Saturday afternoon, paying tribute to R&B’s own Janet Jackson by replicating some of the singing legend’s most signature moves to a medley of her hits.

Check out Miss Jackson peering down on the dancers from a balcony above the crowd! Janet is set to open The 2009 American Music Awards (AMAs) in Hollywood next Sunday, Nov. 22. The hot hitmaker will perform a medley to kick off the ceremony, which sees her late brother Michael Jackson nominated in five categories.
