Jamie-Lynn Sigler has called time on her shortlived romance with New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez.

The former Sopranos actress was first romantically-linked to Sanchez in April after the pair met at a party in the Big Apple. After initially dodging the relationship whispers, the couple went public with the union at the 2010 Tony Awards in June.

The actress — best known for her role on the Emmy-winning HBO series The Sopranos – will make her debut as Daniel Meade’s (Eric Mabius) new assistant on the ABC dramedy this fall, a rep for the network revealed to Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday.
