Hilary Duff claims that there’s no hard feelings between her and ex-beau Joel Madden.

“There was nothing – no fight, no ‘He did this, I did this,’ ” she said. “It was just time for people to move on and do different things. I had a really great relationship with him, and we still have a great relationship, which is really good and unusual. He’s a good person, and I always will care about him.”

The singer/actress claims to be enjoying the single life. H.D revealed Thursday morning on the air in L.A with Ryan Seacrest that she has recently been on a date:

“I’ve never gotten to (date) before, so it’s kind of exciting,” she said. “I’ve always just had a boyfriend, you know? I’m young!”

Hilary is even playing the field a bit: “It’s fun. I kind of feel like a guy, like I can do it now.” She added, laughing, “But I feel kind of wrong at the same time.”

Hilary is currently promoting her upcoming album entitled Dignity, which is set for an April 3rd release.

An eighteen year old Russian immigrant accused of stalking actress Hilary Duff and her ex-bf Joel Madden was sentenced to one hundred seventeen days in Los Angeles County Jail on Friday.

Maksim Myaskovskiy was arrested in November after a private investigator from Hil’s security service said that the immigrant had threatened to kill H.D at an industry event. He intially pleaded innocent and was held $1 million bond.

H.D and J.M obtained 100-yard restraining orders against Maksim and his roommate, paparazzi photographer, David Joseph Klein-accusing the men of being in love with Hil. The charges against David were later dropped.

Maksim supposedly entered America two years ago with the sole purpose of meeting the actress who rose to fame in the early part of the decade playing Disney’s clumsy Lizzie McGuire. Court documents claim M.M was planning to buy a gun in order to get her attention.

As a part of his no-contest plea, Maksim will also be subjected to five years probation.

Christina was hanging out in Los Angeles this weekend. Just a little overdressed, don’t you think?

Now her fame is going to take on a whole new meaning as she gets to take home a miniature replica of herself. Hilary Duff isn’t the first star to have had this honor. Other famous celebrities that have had Barbie replicas are Beyonce Knowles, Reese Witherspoon, and Lucille Ball. Hilary’s doll is named The Red Carpet Glam Hilary Duff Doll and is dressed in a polka dot dress with a red satin sash. Though it may not be out in time for your Christmas shopping, you can buy it before the year ends.

I wonder just how many units will sell. Of course, her adoring fans would not pass up on this opportunity. As for me, I was never one for Barbie Dolls anyway.
