On Sunday, race car driver Helio Castraneves won his third Indianapolis 500 title just 5 1/2 weeks after being acquitted by a jury on charges of tax evasion.

The Brazilian cha-chaed his way to victory after being partnered with Julianne Hough on the fifth season of Dancing With The Stars.

Helio sped past fellow racers Danica Patrick and Dan Wheldon to hit the finish line. Afterward, he celebrated with the Indy’s trademark milk bottle in hand.

Dancing With the Stars champion Helio Castroneves, 33, was indicted on income tax evasion charges on Thursday. The IRS has accused the professional race car driver for allegedly failing to pay more than $5 million to the IRS over a four-year-period, TMZ.com reports.
