So her Heidiwood clothing line didn’t exactly fly off the shelves, but that hasn’t stopped The Hill’s Heidi Montag from streamrolling ahead with plans to hawk her own signature fragrance in cooperation with the Home Shopping Network.

On a more positive note, her perfume can’t possibly stink as much as her music…..

Heidi’s been in the lab diligently working with chemists on several feminine scents she plans to sell on the shop-at-home cable network, blabbing informants tell In Touch Weekly.

A pal says: “Heidi has always wanted to do her own fragrance. This is another one of her dreams come true. She lives a charmed life.”

It’s official–Heidi Montag’s fashion line has taken its final walk down the runway.

Anchor Blue, which has carried the Heidiwood collection since its release, has confirmed that they will not be renewing the Hills starlet’s one-year contract with the fashion firm.

“We just felt that the one year was a great year for both of us, and we’re looking into other options,” an Anchor Blue spokesperson told New York Magazine on Wednesday.

“We really found that we want to explore … what style really means to our girl … and that doesn’t necessarily mean a celebrity brand. It really means fashion and comfort, and we can really accomplish that with our own brand.”

According to FOX News spies, although Heidi’s collection has been selling well enough, the line is being axed now that its parent retail company, Anchor Blue, is expected to close 40 stores across the U.S over the next few months.

The jury’s still out on whether on not Heidi Montag will ever make big in the pop music industry or….well…..anything, really, but that hasn’t stopped the star of MTV’s The Hills from pursuing her dream of recording a “Christian album.”

“I have been the most religious person since I was 2 years old. I always felt this crazy connection to God,” Heidi tell USA Today.

Montag identifies herself as “kind of non-denominational Baptist” and hopes to release a Christian album one day. Both she and Pratt read the Bible conscientiously. Montag even planned on devoting her life to God as a missionary in Africa.

Former Lauren Conrad lover Brody Jenner made quite a scene at Heidi Montag’s Heidiwood outdoor fashion show last Friday night. Brody, who has reportedly landed a deal for an MTV reality series of his own, spent the evening yelling and laughing at Heidi’s designs, Star Magazine snitches say.

Brody was “reportedly yelling throughout the show and heckling Spencer when he presented a scantily clad Heidi with flowers.”

Heidi Montag debuted her Heidiwood clothing line to the world in fashion show live from Los Angeles last Friday night, and let’s just say Heidi’s Forever 21 Meets The Swap Meet-style collection failed to impress the fashion mavens ove at New York Magazine’s The Cut. Literary gems, like “monstrosity” and “panty-line-molesting dresses” are peppered throughout the NY Mag critique, but perhaps this line sums Heidiwood up best:

No self-respecting grown woman should allow herself to be seen in these garments.

Ouch.

It was bad. So bad. To Montag’s credit, she trumpets Heidiwood’s prices of $10 to $60 for any given item — compared to the triple-digit tags on L.C.’s line, that’s a sure sign that she at least she understands her demographic. And yet everything we saw still gave us sticker shock. Paper-thin tanks for $27? Flimsy, panty-line-molesting dresses at nearly 40 bucks? Sure, that’s a steal compared to Marc Jacobs, but not far enough removed from what you’d pay at the Gap for something that’s at least 100 percent cotton and unlikely to give you a rash. When $37 seems exorbitant for a dress, you know you’ve got problems. In fact, it cemented our suspicion that Heidi is turning into Paris 2.0: terrible singer, lame boyfriends, famous mostly for on-camera pouting, and excessively eager to merchandise herself, regardless of actual quality.
