Heidi Klum is now Heidi Samuel.
On Friday, a Los Angeles commissioner approved the German supermodel’s application to adopt the surname of her singer hubby, crooner Seal — whose real name Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adeola Samuel. The couple tied the knot more than four years ago, and Heidi gave birth to their fourth child, daughter Lou, last month.
In her filing, Klum, 36, gave a one-word reason for the change: Marriage.
Meanwhile, Heidi wowed fashion fans when she walked the runway for the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in New York City Thursday night — just six weeks after giving birth!

Klum, 36, who gave birth to her fourth child just six weeks ago, had only been tapped to host the show but ultimately decided to walk the runway at last night’s showing, much to the delight of the crowd.
Wearing a corset and full skirt, the new mom smiled as she slowly took the runway for the surprise appearance. The event was the hottest ticket in the Big Apple, as the beautiful Victoria’s Secret Angels showed off elegant lingerie. The audience was packed with celebrities including Dr Dre and The Black Eyed Peas.

In an announcement issued by his publicist late Monday, crooner Seal confirmed that his wife, supermodel Heidi Klum, gave birth to the couple’s second daughter on Friday night.
Daughter Lou Sulola Samuel was born around shortly before 8 PM, Seal announced in a statement to the press.

Heidi Klum gave birth to her fourth child early Friday
The 36-year-old German supermodel delivered a baby girl named Lou Samuel in Los Angeles at approximately 1AM this morning, RadarOnline reports.
The Project Runway host already has three children Leni, 4 (with Italian businessman Flavio Briatore), Henry Günther, 3, and Johan Riley, 2, with her crooner husband Seal.
